Even if you pay for the Unlimited Premium plan, expect to pay as much as double the cost in hidden fees, especially if you travel internationally.

🙂We just recently switched. I like the options plan since much affordable than our previous provider. Beware You will lose connection few times not be able to use data for messaging/calls. You do esim deletion then experience lose of network again after weeks then you do same. It’s becoming frustrating you lose signal/connection once you leave the house I thought I’ve found good data service.

I like my plan but I have noticed when I don’t have service in specific know areas. However, standing by two other phones, one using Verizon and the other using T Mobile in the exact spot. I have no service (SOS shows) while the other two services are able connect and search content. GoogleFi suppose to use T Mobile towers but it appears that Verizon and T Mobile have priority over GoogleFi customers. The signal strength is just not there and causes frequent signal loss.

I switched to them because of advertised 50% off promotion but they did not show it inside “upcoming bill”. So I switched back and now they require me to pay $55 for 2 full days I was on their network. No apologizes, not finding any option to resolve it. Just statement that invoice is final and cannot be disputed. Just total scam service, stay away from them!

After subscribing to Google Fi, my existing Google Drive storage plan (purchased for nearly $200 for 2TB) was voided. Despite multiple attempts, neither the Fi support team nor the Storage team was able to resolve the issue, with both directing responsibility to each other. This lack of coordination and accountability caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. Still I m waiting to see if they are able to fix the problem gracefully.
  • Did not work and horrible customer service as well as charging months for bad product

As my google fi only worked for a month while deployed overseas i decided to cancel since after 20 days of trying to get it to work via different venues it did not. I let them know and gave me no solutions. After cancelling me they charged me for 2 more months after that, i tried to reason to get them not to charge me as it was the product that was failing and not by choice. They completely disregarded my complaints and still charged me for a service that I did not use due to it not working.

I can’t even update the payment method without the app crushing. Also, why is everyone have a different filling specific payment when it’s under the same family plan everyone different just a few dollars a few cents. This is just ridiculous. Looks at the product manager of this product just is trying to intentionally make people hate this product and don’t want to
