    Voice command is horrible. Absolutely the worst. It’s 2026 and y’all can’t get y’all AI to even listen and eavesdrop properly???? Just unacceptable. The device only understands people without color

    Making automations used to be simple and kind of fun. Now it’s missing basic functionality and frustrating… and doesn’t work properly! I used to be able to pick exactly what color I wanted and add some basic controls, and it worked great. Now there is only a color wheel with limited colors and it’s difficult to choose exactly what color you want - and the execution of the automation sequence always fails! Implementing ai somehow made the app experience dumber.

    It is impossible to update the WiFi when you move and there is a new modem and password. This needs to be easier. Amazon was simple. Why can’t you be as easy?

    Camera seemingly only record when it wants to. We park directly in front of it and it did not capture someone damaging our car.

    This camera is the worst to get working if you mount it outside the house; it is so difficult to get it started again once you change the wireless password. It is simply a complicated rigamarole; not at all an easy job. Customer service is nil; worst by any means - phone - nil; instant message , website approach pretty bad.

    This app used to be the best for camera usage and now these stupid you know what’s took a great thing and completely ruined it. Save your money people. I repeat save your money. Your house will be completely robbed, stocked and robbed again before the video loads if it even loads at all. They had a great thing and now they have something that sucks so bad I wanna punch them all in their stupid faces. Here’s an idea have someone that works there actually try to use the app and they will understand what I’m saying. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
