This app lacks basic functionality like showing phone number along with contact name (when calling a bank or something). Has several basic calling features missing.

Garbage. The amount of documentation they now require is completely absurd.

Great service. I used it to call abroad and always work. The rates for the call is also very good.

After SEARCH FOR KEYWORDS, and finding Text Message, suddenly I discovered a HUGE SOFTWARE BUG. I can't COPY this Text Message and I can't resend or forward this Text Message. PLEASE ENABLE COPY AND FORWARD AND RESEND FUNCTIONALITY once a particular Text Message is retrieved, similar to how it works on Gmail. Remaining ISSUES / BUGS: Google Voice Texts can't be forwarded or copied after Search and Google Contacts are not Visible for EDITING & SAVING ALL FIELDS, INCLUDING NOTES FIELD on Apple iPad DEC 17, 2025 Previous Feedback, some of which was resolved. Impossible to edit long Texts on iPad and basically even Selection Tool and Copy and Paste Tools are cumbersome to use and nearly impossible. Text typing pane is so tiny, it's always covered nearly entirely by Gboard. After Submitting Feedback or using Help, it's impossible to close that section by clicking exit button (doesn't show on Apple iPad), and no blackout Buttons exist, and even closing and reopening Google Voice doesn't always clear Screen Search for Help Session and return to Trying to compose Text Pane. For that reason I start composition of anything on Gmail and then only copy and paste it in the Text Pane to send Text. Google Voice Texts pane keeps Jumping and Google Contacts are not Visible on Apple iPad New Issues since Apple iOS 15.1 Update which Ruined many things on Google Applications including Google Voice (If fixed, I would have loved to Rate Google Voice at 5 Stars) 1) on Apple iPad Pro iOS Google Voice keeps Jumping to the New BLANK Text Compose Field without any consideration that a User is Reading and Interested in Old Text they spent time to Scroll Up. I keep scrolling up to read an old text chain and address one by one 15 out of 30 Texts as we were discussing them with a friend who asked me to email me a recap. I was multitasking without an issue in the past and Google Voice Old Texts allowed me a day to view or copy old texts one by one to copy them into an email or Task Tracking App Google Keep. This Viewing Pane BUG keep force Refreshing the View Pane to the Blank Compose new Text Space, rather than allowing to view old texts as you would do in a lengthy email by scrolling down little by little. 2) In the Past Several Texts could have been Selected and Copied into a Note, or an Email or whatever. Now Sadly Google Voice OMITTED COPY Command. So now Numerous Texts when you talk to a friend it's Impossible to copy them into a Gmail. 3) Even Sadder Issue, Google Voice is not an Option to be selected from within Google Spaces or Collaboration Tools within Gmail (aka Google CHAT). Where is Google Voice which Alledgedly Replaced Google Hangouts in CHAT??? Nowhere to be Found! Please Re-enable Ability to View Google Voice as one of the Folders in the Gmail app to be able to easily Continue Existing Google Voice Conversation from Google Voice into Gmail Conversation threads. Just like we used to have Hangouts and just like Years ago on PCs (when people had PCs and not Mobile Devices) So in the Past I was able to See Google Voice just as one of the Channels along with Hangouts and other Things all via Google Gmail. Now, I can see Google Voice within Google Gmail and it does not allow to just Continue via Email when the Texts Chain are becoming too Long to handle... Outstanding Issue for the past 2 Years: Google Contacts (not available on Apple) and Not Integrated like before from within each of Google Apps. Please either Activate Google Contacts App on Apple (so people can call their friends using PC, Android and Apples)... Google Contacts for each of my Gmail Accounts are not visible on iPAD Voice as it's only integrated with Apple iPad or Apple Phone Contacts, but not with Google Contacts in addition to Apple Contacts... Very good, you want to text your Friend from Apple, carry your PC around with you or Android... Or remember your Friends and Colleagues you have at Work and entered in Google Gmail Account? They won't be available on Apple... But Google Voice somehow is making Apple Contacts available to the Google App, and Making own Google Contacts unavailable to it's own Google Voice? In the Past, I was able to see my Google Contacts from all of my Google Apps, in fact did not have a single issue for over 10 years (until I started to use Apples in the family shared devices)

Would be better if you could group message

The only complaint I have is the inability to save contacts (I only use this for business purposes and like keeping my personal contacts separate) and the texting interface is underwhelming. It has limited functionality. Cant like messages and cant open media that’s sent to me. Other than that, it’s amazing.
