    Zero support, charges whatever it wants, no control over CPC, AI recommendations do not help at all and we receive less clicks, overcharges your budget, absurdly expensive with poor results. Horrible experience for first time customer, will not be using going forward. Improve your Seo instead of using google ads.

    Google ads used to be effective for small businesses, but since about 2021 the ads become less effective and more costly, my cost continued to go up to be effective to a point I couldn’t afford anymore. The entire year of 2024 I got zero conversions, zero. I got zero return on investment. They just kept telling me to spend more money and hope for a return. Now the app has completely stopped working and I cannot log on to access my account. Update: January 2024/January 2025: Zero Conversions, Zero Return on Investment. Finally canceled my entire Ads account.

    They’ve been overcharging my account can’t get them answer the phone they’ll just hang up their automated voice message would do the same thing and there’s no way to remove a payment option without putting in another payment option. You guys keep this up and you’re gonna catch yourself a lawsuit

    Google ads are very hard to understand. Not user friendly. Unless you are very techie, you won’t able to do it yourself.

    Horrible quality from customer support. A bunch of Indians not a single American, you can barely understand their English. Not only that but they’re rude & will not help or resolve your issue. You’ll get sent to another department that work ever even reach back out. If you’re a business paying Google ads it’s a waste

    Google makes it hard to find anything of importance. Horrible design. It’s like they never have designed an app before. They hide everything of importance I swear on purpose. Let’s see how many links we can click to find something. Programmer Don’t quit your day job you’re gonna need it if this doesn’t work out.

    You can't do basically anything, wow. This is like horrendous. What are you supposed to do if you lose wi-fi?? Are you gonna give me a refund??

    They suspended my ad account making it to where I can’t advertise, but yet I can’t delete the ad because my account is suspended. The Google ad team themselves performed this Google build. They asked me questions about my company and then they created the Google Ad campaigns. Now it is saying the ads of which the Google ad team built, is manipulative of ad components. I emailed asking them to call me to help and I just keep getting the exact repetitive email Over and over with no resolution and no one will call me to fix this! They had no problem taking out almost $1500 within a 30 day period!
