I’ve been using FitBit not long since they came out and it’s been fantastic until they sold the company and it’s been going downhill since and the worst has been GOOGLE! The app doesn’t work at all! It doesn’t refresh. You can’t add info nor edit! Why does it feel like Google is trying to buy out the competition and phasing them out? PLEASE FIX THE APP GOOGLE!

I was having bugs but deleting the app and reinstalling fixed a lot of it. I like tracking my sleep and workouts

Overall decent app. I have issues syncing my watch to the app. It will sometimes take multiple try’s before it will sync my steps for the day.

I don’t know why but my fit bit only shows a resting bpm but will not show my active beat which makes it hard to track during exercise.

Before Fitbit sold to Google, what an amazing app they had! It was colorful, easy to use, easy to understand and I would look forward to looking at it every morning to find out info about my sleep. I loved tracking my workouts because the breakdowns of different activities were great. After selling the app is one color with one font color. It’s boring and hard to read. I find myself forgetting to check my sleep scores and workouts because they are difficult to track. Loading of the app seems to take forever and I’m thinking about getting a new/different device. I also don’t like a huge corp owning so much of my health data. The product itself still works the same but my interest level in it has diminished unfortunately as I’ve been an avid user since 2019.
  • Fitbit App

I wear my Fitbit daily and exercise 5 days a week. I am disappointed that I pay $89 for the app. It needs refreshed multiple times each time I open the app before information will populate or update. It never records when I nap. I would expect the app to work flawlessly with how much the yearly subscription is.
  • Disconnects

The Fitbit disconnects from my phone almost everyday. Even if they haven’t been physically separated from each other. Then it has to be manually linked back up. Other than that I like it.
  • Not logging workouts

I don’t know what’s happened to this app since Google bought them, but FitBit as a whole has really gone down in quality. Current app (which updated last week) won’t let me log any of my workouts. Workouts I have to manually log because my Luxe keeps shutting off in the middle of them (and randomly throughout the day). Not running out of battery - just shutting off. Beyond frustrating that something I’ve enjoyed using to stay on track is now just about useless.
