My Fitbit says my Fitbit is low. I plug it in to recharge and there’s still 85%. And I also tap on fit bit. And stays black

The screen on the Fitbit 3 has become so dim that I can’t even see anything even in a completely dark room.

It feels like google, sure. But compared to all other apps it likes a soul so much, that it becomes almost impossible to use. Something about this UI, although on brand, and clean, doesn’t feel like it’s solving my needs, doesn’t make me understand my activity levels nor does it make it easy to find simple settings for my Fitbit.

I updated my App in September and the exercise tracker has not worked since. A few years ago I had a new Versa and updated the software but the phone stopped charging after that and the help from tech support was to reinstall the update. The problem was that the watch battery was dead and would not charge so the update could not be reinstalled so I may as well have strapped a rock to my wrist. I’m not buying another Fitbit!!
  • Sad - never know if it will stay on

Sadly I cannot count on my Fitbit to stay on for it turns off at 74%, 63%, and never a warning from the app or the device. The app, therefore does not give the promised info as it says device not worn so no data. I’ve searched, put Fitbit as first connection have iPhone 15 pro, charge 5 Fitbit and nothing has yet worked.

It isn’t letting me switch from my child’s profile back to mine! It is glitching and stuck on my child’s profile.

I’ve had a Fitbit for too many years to count. I’ve always been slightly disappointed that they seem to have a relatively short lifespan. But now, I can’t even get it to connect to my phone much less upload data without fighting with it. Like forgetting the Fitbit in my Bluetooth list and then closing & reopening the app several times a day for it to finally. reconnect. This Inspire 3 is less than one year old. I’m also paying for Fitbit Premium which is basically a joke when you can’t even get the Fitbit to connect to my phone. I feel like I’m doing nothing but wasting money and time that I don’t have. @developers - Please Please fix this! Up until recently I’d have given a great review and recommended Fitbit to anyone. Now my advice would be to steer clear. And as soon as I can afford something else, that’s my plan too.

I have made several complaints about this and so have others. I’ve tried reloading the app and other suggestions.

Sleep information is very inaccurate. Other devices are much more accurate and reliable
