I use Numbers multiple times a day, every day. Numbers enabled me to create an idiosyncratic bookkeeping system that keeps track of every penny of both my income and my expenditures but is easy to update.

I know that excel has more features and blah blah blah. But you know what? This app is FREE! And it’s really good! Every normal spreadsheet I’ve needed to make was a breeze in numbers. Also, it looks better than excel.

Gets all my tables and graphs I need for my own personal business. I run a clothing line so it’s wonderful to have an app that allows me to utilize what I need for inventory and pricing purposes. Been at it for hours.
  • Bug that Apple Can’t or Won’t fix! and my MAC is STILL under Warranty!

So Apple has taken the time to do another update to Sequoia to 15.6 now, but still won’t fix the problem with Numbers and Pages. There is a bug in the 2 apps that won’t allow you to keep the extension names (.numbers or .pages) hidden. I have every available option checked or unchecked as stated to hid the extension names, but they only remain hidden until the next time you open that file. As soon as you do, the extension names appears again. Come on Apple, is this rocket science or what? Can’t you do better than this since it’s your app?? Oh, and did I mention, my MAC is still under warranty!

While excel is the original, numbers brings a slick design, easy to use formula builder, and great default styling to make sleeker, Apple-y spreadsheet tool

No Spreadsheet works across all my devices better. Input on my iPhone or iPad has been thought out for the end user and is easy. All you need is a free Apple ID and you’er in business. Easy to save or share your spreadsheets. I use Numbers DAILY and love it. Yes I use Excel at work for lots of data stuff and huge spreadsheets and lots of functions but Numbers is a superior spreadsheet for the daily user. Absolutely love it!
