This program is great for running videos. After witnessing Microsoft PowerPoint devolve over the years to barely being able to play 30 videos without hanging, switching to keynote has been a blessing. It is fast and efficient and well made. Thank you developers!

I enjoyed using Keynote for a decade now. The user interface and functionality is well thought out, easy to use, and quick to edit. A couple things that I’d like to see improved are right clicking for context based edits, and the removed background tool does not work as well as it did on the last iteration. It's a remarkably important tool in the new version is very hard to control as the remove background filter is overzealous and removes too much of the primary image.

I am a professional trainer and keynote presenter. Since my very first apple product, I have used keynote and let me tell you it is my go to tool. Everything from making it easy to do presentations, reliable and its ability to read and safe to other programs for those who are not as advanced (PowerPoint) and it has never failed me. Keynote works on my MacBook, my MiniMac, my iPhone and iPad and with cloud sharing, I am ready. The tools for presenting are easy and easy to learn and teach others. If you are a Mac user…. Make it your work horse.

They’ve thought of everything in this app. I use it every week several times per week and it’s by far the best slide presentation tool out there.

Keep getting decks that crash for no reason.
  • Not Paying for Office Anymore

Got tired of paying MS for their bloated apps. Keynote has been the best of the options. Fairly quick changeover. I do miss the format painter though. Wish Apple would add that as a tool feature (yes I realize there is a keyboard shortcut).

Keynote used to be a dynamic software for design but now its lacks so much that its behind ALL its competitors. It lack integration and modern built in capabilities. Drastic improvement necessary!

Keynote is so intuitive and easy to use. :-) I love how I can modify templates to create professional looking presentations in a snap-- or create my own from scratch. I've been using Keynote for educational presentations for over a decade and really appreciate this great program. Bravo Apple!

I’ve been using Keynote for years for all kinds of stuff. It’s crammed with so many features, does great animations if you don’t need a lot of complexity. And it’s free!
