I will say the normal techs you speak with are super nice and if it’s a normal problem they can look up very helpful but if it is something not common or related to compromised devices they are not very experienced .so I asked for a supervisor and I got sierra. The most condescending unhelpful person I’ve ever spoken with. Refused to look at the analytic logs or the fact that my logs are only a couple of days old as they’re erased regularly refused to forward them to the engineers and was just useless and not interested in information about my iPhone 16 compromise or how they could prevent it in the future. Pretty sure she works remotely and it was about9 at night so it may be why she was belligerent and slurring. So good news is being literate is the only skill needed to be a support supervisor at apple. People skills not needed.ability to forward info not needed.common sense? Nope so if you’re reading this you’re already qualified to bring in that sweet sweet Apple Cash. CHEERS!;)

I’m pretty knowledgeable with Apple iPhones since I’ve had one starting with the iPhone 5 S but, have run into some issues that I didn’t know. They have always walked me right through and resolved every issue. Great customer service every time.
  • Genuinely worse than Comcast

Apple support has consistently been less useful and more frustrating than the worst companies. This app continues Apple’s downward spiral by making it even harder to get in touch with a person. When you do, they constantly transfer you between departments. A support app should be more than a pretty collection of “self serve” articles.
