So far I am not liking it. It showed that my family member was in the complete opposite side of town when they were still at work and was never on that side of town. Then it logged out all of us out and won’t let us log back in. Saying our email and password is wrong when it’s not wrong. I gave it a 2 because it was okay for a bit.
Never stops using your location

Even when setting location to ‘only when using’ it still uses the location constantly. Very frustrating. If you turn off location services for some reason it will no longer refresh your child’s watch data. Why does it need MY location to refresh the companion device? Poor design.
I like a lot of the features

I have invested 40 minutes in this and normally configure things out pretty well, but simply trying to add a friend contact to one of my children's watches. I am at a loss.
When I add a contact from my parent amigo app, it will automatically always make that contact a guardian which we do not want for their friends to be, of course. More research said contacts must be added from the child's watch for them to not be listed as a guardian and following all the steps for multiple sources we are unable to do this.
A lot about the amigo app and watches is intuitive and very well laid out, but adding a contact which will be used quite often is completely confusing. Will keep trying and eventually should figure it out.

GPS hardly ever works. This is for kids. The location should be updated immediately. Not 15 minutes after they leave or even hours later. This watch is supposed to be for safety but it barely works for its intended purpose.

it’s a great way for my little sister to talk to me whenever she’s at school but for some reason every time I check her location to make sure she’s on her way home, the location keeps saying she’s in the North Atlantic Ocean, both the watch and my app are up to date and I’m not sure how to resolve this issue, the app itself is very simple and easy to use. Before, I was able to check her location and see where she was but now I can’t. Sometimes the apps text feature will not be instant and you have to leave the chat and go back in to see messages but sometimes it loads them there.

App doesn’t connect to watch

After spending several hours on calls with AT&T and multiple stores and swapped out the Amigo JR watch with another one at a different store I still cannot connect the watch to an ESIM. I get Oh no, something went wrong every time on Android phones and a blank screen on IPhones. This is extremely frustrating and will be asking for a full refund.
