    If there were a way to give this app (and company) a lower rating, I would most certainly use the option. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
  • Can’t log-in

    Tried downloading this, used my password. Told me it was incorrect (error 201), so I changed it. Allowed me access, I logged out and tried to login again, same error code. Went to the website, works fine. Don’t bother with this app, it can’t even do the basics. I was hoping to make login easy with Face ID, but will stick to the website as I’m not creating a new password each time for access. Ridiculous.

    I just recently purchased a new phone and since then I am not able to go on the app to view my information and view bill. Even stopped backup to store where I purchased phone and manager Jasmine couldn’t even figure out why app wasn’t working properly. She tried different things but nothing worked. So now I have purchased a new phone with you all and paying more money than I have had to pay each month and I can’t even view my information on the app. Had no problems with my old phone. And it’s bad your store management can’t even figure it out and help.

    When accessing the Directv section of the app it doesn’t recognize my user ID, and if you click on create an ID it gives an error code. Somewhere in the app you should be able to find the activity of each device and it’s not available for Directv. It’s not available on the Directv app either.
