    The back button function is undeveloped. The sign-in to the app is necessary, but I don’t need to sign out once the app is installed and I sign in for the first time. It’s not as if I have a second account to use. If I have a second phone I would use that fone to sign into its own app. If it is a security measure, develop a better system; perhaps ‘face recognition’ sign in. I am not an app developer, please pardon the imperfect vernacular.

    Been trying to cancel a line of a phone since June.Finally got the line removed and returned the phone brand new in the box ( paid full price for the replacement phone since it broke). I didn’t even take the new phone out of the box. When I returned the phone Att said the phone att didn’t credit my account because the phone in rough condition. Refuses to give me an answer on why. Tried calls my today and you get nothing but bots. Finally got the thing to get to me costumer service and still no use. I need to switch to a different company.

    Today I am trying to watch tv via WiFi from ATT and I have buffering. I was suppose to work from home today using work equipment in combination with WiFi. I was never able to log in. I had to disconnect my equipment and go to the office. This is the worst service ever.

    Consistent with AT&T, the app never works properly and anytime I try to use it it’s a frustrating experience.
