    Purchased a 16e. Sales pitch! Add another line, 65+, auto draft w/ ATM card. Get $5 off Sales person failed to mention auto draft from bank with routing number and account number and you will get $10 off. I told the young gentlemen I am on a fixed income. I knew I would be paying extra because I purchased a new phone. I always pd the phone bill on time. I can count on one hand I was late paying a bill. Have been a customer of AT&T over forty plus years. One day the young gentleman will be on a fixed income. Have given a one star rating will not change anytime. I have always worked in the Public field. My motto has always been give the best customer service. Even if it costed me a few dollars less on my paycheck. The customer was happy. In the long run I made more money. This is the first time I have ever given a 1 star rate review. In the end I should have stayed with the same plan w/ the purchase of a new phone. Thank you & Good day

    I cannot find what I am looking for. Chat assist does not recognize my issue and when I call customer support, they cannot assist either.

    Worked for years then decided to randomly drop one of my accounts. Now, I can’t log into the App at all. I called and they supposedly reset it but I still can’t access. Ridiculous product from a billion dollar company!

  • Won’t show current charges

    The myAT&T app does not show current charges to your account, which is extremely disappointing. And the Chat feature won’t work to answer the same question. For example, if I have the International Day Pass feature and am technically only supposed to be charged $12 per day for that (and not one penny extra), then I want to be able to see that on the app! I don’t want to wait to get a bill at the end of a billing cycle only to find out that I was charged extra for hidden fees. AT&T, you need to do better!
