Very frustrating, app has errors, I change password same error. Trapped with no internet as their phones are CRAZY busy, I’ve been on hold for….way too long. Caution out there choosing ATT, I’m regretting right now…

This app looks nice on the surface, but what should be plug and play internet is anything but. I have a view of an AT&T tower and my phones and tablets get fast and reliable service. Queue home internet, and it’s a dud. Fails to activate, spent half of a day with support on the AT&T and CostCo side and both point fingers at one another. I’m fairly technical, and even used to be an indirect agent with AT&T. Sadly, support and escalation doesn’t even know the products on the market. The email response for customer service for bad reviews goes nowhere. Bottom line is AT&T Air isn’t ready for prime time yet. There’s little competition with the major carriers, so if fiber is available, go with that. Sadly, telecommunications monopolies leave massive internet deserts across the US. Even if there are towers, they cannot support home internet in most places.

Doesn’t work half the time. Supposed to pause my devices I don’t use to maximize our internet. It doesn’t work. Devices unpause as soon as app is closed. The only thing it does correctly is restart our gateway.

ATT Smart Home App is the most incredible application. Not only I can check my own connection but also who and what is on my account. To make it even better, the virtual assistant can help me to get the best possible connection .

This app rarely works. There’s always an alert saying that something went wrong and to use the chat for help. It’s unnerving and incredibly frustrating!

Once again a poorly tested application. Loaded the app without issue. App starts, immediately goes blank then solid white screen. This is for a brand new ATT Internet Air device. No signal, no response from app. Followed directions exactly as described.

I have been asking questions on settings and each time I ask the assistant or ask a representative they can’t advise. So who can advise?
