    After I moved my service, this app keeps telling me that my user ID is not valid, even though I can log into my online account with the same ID and password. Used to be able to login now I can’t.

    My WiFi is working just fine. But this app is not. It’s been setup and working for more than a year. But suddenly says I have “no WiFi”. I tried to delete and reinstall but does no good. Tried to use the chat feature for help and doesn’t work at all.

    The main reason I want to use this app is to turn off internet access for children’s devices and TVs at will. This feature sometimes doesn’t work, sometimes it works.
  • App Fails to Detect Working WiFi—Needs Urgent Fix!

    My WiFi service itself works perfectly—devices connect and browse as normal. The problem is only with the AT&T Internet management app (both on iPhone 15 Pro Max and Galaxy A52 5G with the latest app version). The app says ‘No Wi-Fi network’ and won’t show or let me manage my network even though the internet is fine. Please assist—this issue started immediately after the latest update and persists after reinstalling the app on both devices.
