AT&T Secure Family ® is a device locator & parental control app to help parents or guardians protect their family members by offering real-time device location tracking with safety alerts, screen time control, content blocker, website & app usage tracker, and ability to find a lost phone. Secure Family is available for all families, no matter which mobile provider you use. Take your family’s safety to the next level.     Disconnects from VPN randomly. Holding our child’s iPhone myself untouched and within a day exclamation warning about ‘Device has been disconnected from VPN…’ even when his phone has not been used. Reconnecting child’s phone gets tedious.

    This app keeps telling me that it is unable to complete your request please try again later. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I am the only one in my family having this problem. I am also the one who downloaded the app and set the family up. If this problem persists I’ll be deleting the app the last time I had this problem with it, it took me about 2 full days to fix it.

    I’ve been using the AT&T security family app for the last two months and all of a sudden today it doesn’t work at all. I called AT&T pro tech-support and they said there’s something wrong with the server now I can’t even talk to anybody. I can’t even connect to my family members to make sure that they’re safe. The child app on their end works and doesn’t work. They can’t even see. Because the parent app is not working at all.
