all my photos got stuck on this app and it is near impossible to get back onto my phone. all my pictures are gone now because of this app. now the app doesn’t work anymore so all my pictures are just going to disappear.

Now that you announced that you will no longer support the app all my pictures have disappeared with no instructions on how to retrieve them and get them back to my phone. Years of pictures gone.

I lost all my storage from this app. Was reliable and helpful at first but now I am not able to retrieve my storage. Very devastated and disappointed if anyone can help me get it back please let me know.

Worst app. It’s slow, doesn’t upload sometimes and now they are discontinued. It did save space, the only good thing. But now I think I will lose all my pics. Been with att forever. But I’m hating att right now and will be switching t-mobile.
