    This app was poorly made. But I think it’s just AT&T’s service in general that’s terrible. There are days when I can’t get a hold of my kids because my messages don’t go through. I go to this app to troubleshoot and the app itself doesn’t load, lags, or times out. Then when it finally does work, you go through all these steps only for the app to take you to the AT&T website for further troubleshooting. It’s frustrating. I don’t have the time.

    Super helpful app, the diagnostic test doesn’t take to long, but lets me know what’s going with the device! Love this app, will always keep!

    So my iphone stopped connecting to car stereo ( its paired with car) “ bluetooth failed” page i need on at&t diagnostic not working Are you serious lol need to get an android page says problem with bluetooth connectivity But then the page cant connect either!

    Did a health check and it says battery saver mode is on but it’s not and att support just gives me the copy and paste answers I can get online which are just common sense and then say to take it to apple. Then try to sell me new services. Not sure why I’m even giving it 2 stars…

    I HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND BEEN RIPPED OFF I PAID FOR THE THIRTY DOLLAR AT&T It's all on FILE IN MY ACCOUNT AND THEN ADDED MORE MONEY WHICH WAS NEVER APPLIED TO MY PHONE USE JUST PAY MORE MONEY TEXT MESSAGES TO DATE HAVE RECEIVED ZERO PHONE CALLS THEY HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY AT&T !! WHY I PAID OVER $45.00 ALREADY I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE SPAM SCAM PHISHING AND OTHER TEXT MESSAGES LOOKING FOR THE SOMEONE WHO STILL USES THIS PHONE NUMBER!!!!! WHOS PHONE NUMBER IS THIS I WAS ASSIGNED IT BY AT&T I HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND UPDATED PAYMENT BUT ZERO SERVICE SOME BODY FROM ATT CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE ?!?!?! NEEDS TO CONTACT ME HERE AND EXPLAIN THIS

    I can’t count on the many times I’ve had to use this app, in fact it not even an app. You select through different options that best describe the problems that you are facing with your phone and it has you follow a tutorial,sometimes when completed does absolutely nothing. Sometimes the tutorial stops and you have to start all over, taking you to AT&T’s actual website prompting you to sign in ,and then it’s ( We’ve hit a snag, try again later) which is so frustrating, how's an app like this supposed to help? I had to call AT&T because I couldn’t send text messages or receive them and even they couldn’t help me but after 2 minutes after getting off the phone with them everything was fine they probably didn’t want to admit that was an outage or something that had to be fixed on their end. I wish they would revamp the app. In order for your phone to work properly, you have to call customer service and have them do a reproviision on their end you can’t do it yourself
