    This app is totally useless. Nothing can be used in anything needs to be fixed. I use Apple Support even though you get charged for it. It’s well worth it. If something needs to be fixed, you make an appointment with the Apple Store if they can fix it by remote. It’s wonderful.

    Just needed a reminder on how to turn my phone off to schedule a software update. Couldn’t find it. That should be a simple question. Couldn’t get a result at all.
