  • Normal BMI but tells me to loose weight

My BMI is in the normal range and this app is telling me I should have a goal to lose weight. I like the ability to track my running data, but I’m annoyed by the inaccurate and dangerous advice about weight loss.
  • Great app

This is a great app and straight forward. I use this with my Garmin tactical watch and it pairs perfectly. It’s counts steps and stair and calories burned which is relatively accurate. The only suggestion would be to add a section to track my blood sugar. There is a section for blood pressure but not for blood sugar.

Much better than Strava constantly asking for subscriptions and withholding information. For running, and every other activity you use your watch to track it is great. If you do a heavy weightlifting session, you can enter your reps and sets and it will auto detect the exercise you were doing. It knew I did barbell deadlifts for example and calculated the total volume of my lifts yesterday. It feeds my Strava because my partner in coaching requires athletes to use Strava. Same with Nike Run Club… altogether just quite useful the stats and performance measures it offers are significant.
  • Good overall with a flaw

Overall the Connect app is good in recording and sorting data from Garmin devices. There is a flaw with some devices however because the device forgets your records after updating. After an update, you make all new ones!
  • Good watch, worst app.

Worst app ever used. The watch is good. You should fire the app department and hire new people to do it.

I like the body battery and the detail fitness stats. I do believe more work can be done with the garmin coach that could be more automated and interface with other platforms within the Apple eco system. Additionally could mirror something like Runna. But overall a good experience.
  • No sleep data

I have worn my tracker throughout the whole time when was sleeping. But it says no sleep data. All my pulse data were captured. So, it is not an issue of not wearing the tracker. This app is an absolute disappointment. Trash!

Great customer support! On the watch itself; Every feature provides explanations and help if you need it. The features are helpful to evaluate your health. Simple, complete and informative! After many years of wearing a Fitbit and not getting all the information I needed — plus Fitbit battery life was terrible! I tried Apple Watch for a month and was dismayed with the fussiness and the battery! I witnessed how easy my husband got what he needed from his Garmin, so I switched to Garmin and I’m not using any other sport watch again! At first I was a little confused, but your Customer service was so great. After talking with them I was able to navigate the watch, the phone app, and am better able to use the online support features as well!
