  • Incredibly disappointing

The unreliable and frustrating software makes the beautiful hardware and all its features not worth the price tag. I spent a ton of money on a new watch and have been fighting everything from an inability to sync, to multiple errors when trying to add credit cards, to a constant “unable to contact servicer” message on this app and the other garmin apps. I’m actively trying to spend money on this app and am being prevented a dozen different ways. Totally bummed.

Get a stupid Bluetooth is turn off message while trying to use IQ even though the watch is connect to GC. What is so difficult about getting Garmin to work correctly?

I previously owned a samsung galaxy watch. This watch has amazing battery life, I usually get 23 days on a charge with all iphone notifications turned on. 32G of ram is not to shabby either. Love the apps and watch. Especially the FaceIt app so I can easily create my own watch faces.

I own a Garmin epix gen 2, and while it’s a fantastic watch .. I am really disappointed that Garmin is charging $5 for watch faces instead of including them in firmware or software update. At this price point basic customisation options like watch faces should be standard not an extra purchase. It feels like Garmin is prioritising monetization over customer experience. Hope they reconsider and start including in future updates.

This app does not recognize my Venu 2, even though the main Garmin Connect app works fine. Garmin needs to up its game in these apps.

Took a little bit for me to decide on buying, so glad I did! Battery life alone is well worth the money!

Really it’s the watch, but being able to track calories, stress, sleep score, etc has revolutionized my knowledge of my own daily health. To make it complete, I want compatibility with MyFitnessPal to be smoother (which is equally on MFP to improve). I would also love the ability to save progress pics with my weigh-ins on the Garmin app. But again, I have been able to reduce my migraine frequency, get a real handle on how lifestyle changes impact my weight, and improve sleep quality by removing a lot of hemming and hawing about it if I actually caught some worthwhile Zs
