    If you like listening to music or anything else when you exercise, find another brand. Nothing but problems with connectivity, deleting downloads from the watch, can’t find my home WiFi, the list goes on. The fact that there are two different “Connect” apps you need is pretty telling. Spotify, Amazon, doesn’t matter it’ll work for a day or two then it’s gone. It’s like everything on this watch is being beta tested, if you’re feeling like a sucker then Garmin is the brand for you! This is the watch where you have to carry your phone with you lol.

    There seemed to be a bug that the app keeps asking for feedback. At first I selected Ask Me Later and it did so next time I landed on the Home Screen. Then I selected Don’t Ask Again and it proceeded to ask me next time I landed on the Home Screen. Finally I gave it a Poor rating as I’m trying to search for apps for my garmin watch, not keep rating the experience of the app. Update: closing and reopening the app seems to have fixed this.

    I have signed in and out multiple times. And when I go into add device in Garmin Connect IQ. It then sends me to Garmin Connect and then it says your server is down and it can not connect. I have the Lily 2 Classic and it says it is connected to Garmin Connect but when I go into Garmin Connect IQ it will not connect.

    If you have a Garmin watch, and you don’t have this app, then you are selling yourself short on the full experience! Hands-down, the most user-friendly, simplistic, technologically advanced app to control your apps, widgets, and watch faces with your Garmin!!!!

    This app worked well for a few months. I was able to install and customize apps and watch faces on my Garmin Venu SQ. Then, today, for no apparent reason it just stopped working. When I start the app, it goes to the “Welcome” screen, asking me to read the EULA, as if it were the first time I’ve used it. I go through that, and get to the settings screen for my watch face, but when I ‘Save’ my changes I’m immediately taken right back to the Welcome screen. (And, of course, my changes are not saved or applied to my watch.) I’ve rebooted my watch AND my phone, updated my Garmin apps, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, and even deleted and reconnected my device. No change. I’m really regretting my Garmin purchase at this point (and I’ll definely warn anyone who asks to steer clear of their watches). UPDATE: This app continues to be horrible. Things seemed to be working fine, then one day my watch wouldn’t connect to my phone. Nothing worked, so I restarted my watch. Now, although I previously had several watch faces installed and configured just how I wanted them, this app now says I have 0 watch faces installed. Yep, they’re all GONE. And I can’t find any way to get them back. Nice work, Garmin - top notch product you have here.
