    Am so happy that I found MK and her app. Signed up for the 6 week Healthy Habit Challenge and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The way she has it layed out, with all the resources, meditations, modules and worksheets as well as the amazing workout—-it was so easy to follow and adapt to changes when needed. She makes it fun and doable! Will continue working out with MK!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I’ve been following MK for years, since the OG PDF guide days and have been an active app user for several years. This app is super user friendly and really a one stop shop toward forming healthy habits. Can sign up for the live classes, see past or current programs, filter by type of workout (arms, full body, no equipment, etc.) or can even filter by mins (25, 30, 60, etc). On top of all of that there’s even some meal recipes with videos! Love MKs attention to detail in this app. There’s no excuse to getting into healthy habits and forming a routine with all the flexibility and guides this app offers.

    This has everything you need in one place. The app is super easy to use and you can filter the videos by what type of workout you want or go to the program tabs and view videos that way. It’s also nice because the workouts are written underneath each video for easy reference! I also love the fun resources on their like the recipes 🤩

    MK makes movement enjoyable and easy to follow along! She gives modifications for higher and lower impacts options making the workouts fit for anyone. She programs your weekly workout so all you have to do is press play! Highly recommend her app!

    I love how the app gives so much variety in workouts! On the app you can find HIIT workouts, weights lifting workouts(gym and at home with dumbbells), and even healthy meal ideas!! Love love love!

    I’ve been working out with Movement by MK - using the app for over a year now and can honestly say it’s changed my life!! As a busy, working mom it allows me to prioritize myself and my health (I’ve lost over 20 lbs) while not falling short of “mom duties” or continuing to be a “boss babe” at work! MK’s app is super easy to use and allows me to vary my workouts daily - targeting different body parts each day! The workouts are challenging yet always has modifications for beginners and fun!! MK chats with you all the way through the workout making you feel like you’re having a private workout session with a personal trainer. I can’t recommend the app enough - give it a try and you’ll be hooked!!

    I have been working out with MK since Covid! She is incredibly motivating, realistic, and thought provoking. Her workouts push me to my limits mentally and physically. MK offers a strong variety in both workout length and training style (hiit, weights, sculpt). She consistently provides modifications to fit all fitness levels and needs. The app is very user-friendly and I never encounter any technical issues. Join MK and you will be thanking yourself in a few days!

    Let start by saying MK is my favorite trainer. Her workouts are dynamic, effective, and impactful! The platform has everything you could want- from HIIT to strength, guided videos, challenges, and guides galore (in every time increment as possible!). MK takes the dread out of working out. She’s funny, honest, and accommodates moves for those with injury and limited space or equipment. Finding something you want to do on the app is easy, and if you don’t want to plan your week of workouts, she’s got you covered. Overall, 10/10. The community is amazing and cannot be beat ✨
