Shape your best body & mind. It’s so much more than just a workout. At RPS we focus on 3 things: Challenging, results-driven, effective Pilates classes. Getting & keeping you motivated with leaderboards & easy to follow programs. Building a strong community of people just like you. Ruth has a strong background in dance & classical Pilates. RPS classes range anywhere from 5-60 minutes. They can include props like the magic circle, bands and weights but there are also lots of no equipment classes too! You can find anything from stretch and meditative classes to intense cardio burn sessions and everything in between. RPS also has programs to follow: The Weekly Schedule is updated every week. Each day there are either assigned classes, walking/jogging/free choice and rest days. The schedule is designed to give you results in just 150 minutes per week. The Foundation Series is a great place to start if you are new to Pilates and will help you to succeed in all of our other classes. This 5 day long program is less than 15 minutes a day and will make you feel so much stronger, taller and more confident. RPS classes are categorized by your energy level so you can pick the right class for you: Relax: chill classes including stretching & meditative movement. Perfect for low energy days when you need to calm your mind & body. Pulse: include a combination of both standing and mat work, use props to enhance the movement and add challenge. Prepare to feel the burn! The perfect balance of stretch & strength. Shake: more standing work, jumping, heavier weights, heart pumping movement for those high energy days when you want to kick it into high gear. New classes are consistently added so you always have a fresh and fun movement waiting for you. You can even download classes so they are available to you offline!     I found Ruth after my worst back spasm yet. I had been doing home strength training workouts for the past 8 or so years, and about twice a year my back would go out. After a hospital visit and several doctor’s visits, I learned that I have a herniated disc in my L4/L5. During my recovery I realized that I needed to adopt a different sort of daily movement in order to protect and strengthen my back and body, and when I found Ruth I knew that I had my answer! Her workouts and approach to movement have blown my mind in such a beautiful way. It has been so refreshing to celebrate my body in such a special and accessible way. I now get so excited for my daily workouts and I look forward to what she has planned for us each week. Ruth goes above and beyond to make sure that her members feel seen and heard and that they have an outlet for movement that works uniquely for them. RPS is an absolute game-changer and I stronger feel that everyone can benefit from this. Thank you for all that you do, Ruth! 💕

    RPS is a amazing movement program that lets you feel confidence in yourself and build the self esteem on those days you need it most. Has a wide selection of videos to chooses from along with a weekly planner for those busy guys and girls, so it’s easier to follow a routine laid out.

    I love that Ruth doesn’t make weight or the appearance of your body the focus of her workouts. Her workouts will inspire you to connect with yourself from within and you will notice a difference from the inside out. It’s been such a beautiful experience being a part of Ruth Pilates Studio.

    Ruth is one of the sweetest most lovely individuals ever and her Pilates on demand classes are my absolute favorite! Not only are they challenging, but they’re also fun and Ruth creates such a welcoming, positive environment. This is the only exercise I’ve ever stuck with consistently for over six months and I can’t say enough positive things about it! Subscriptions are reasonably priced and come with a whole load of benefits — try it out, you won’t be sorry! 🙂

    I took Pilates reformer classes with Ruth in-person at a local studio, and I loved her energy so much. When she mentioned she had an online program/app, I knew I had to join RPS and I’m so glad I did. I ended up cancelling my Pilates studio membership about 6 months after starting RPS and I have no regrets. Not only am I saving $160 a month, I’m enjoying movement more now than ever before. There is such a huge library of classes on the app, from classical Pilates to beat-based dance/pilates fusion classes to feel good stretches to intense cardio. And I love that there’s a variety of class lengths, from as short as 5-10 minutes and as long as 60 minutes. There are tons of classes on the app that don’t require any props so I love being able to take a quick 10 or 15 minute class at the office when I need a break from sitting at my desk. While other fitness programs are focused on how you look, RPS is focused on how you feel (mind, body and soul.) RPS has also helped me embrace my sexier side and made me feel more empowered than ever before. Thanks to RPS, I feel like a bad b every day!

    There are SO many options within the app for class duration and exercise variations, you’ll touch every muscle in your body giving you a physique I’m convinced you can’t achieve any other way. It changes everything in you from your face, to your skin, to your energy, and you feel physically stronger right away. The classes are super professional and remind me so much of my dancing days, two words: DO IT!

    I started off with a small belly but not the belly I wanted. I started taking these classes with the expert guidance of Ruth and all of her fantastic programs. After a short while I was able to cut my unwanted fat and build the muscle that helps me feel energetic throughout the day. I used to get very tired after a days work, all I would do is go home and sleep. Now thanks to Ruth I am able to work on myself and my home life and I am very happy to say that Ruth is the reason!
