    Getting the content to your phone is a breeze but send them to a different app for the meta app is a head ache!!! NEVER WORKS

    The latest update doesn’t allow you to see the battery of your case. This is a bit inconvenient. I’m not sure when I need to charge my case, and it also doesn’t allow you see the battery of the device once it put in the case. Can we please get another update ASAP. Thanks

    I love the glasses. I wear prescription lenses all day and sunglasses when I’m driving. The only bad thing is the battery. They don’t last nearly long enough. They do charge really quick, but since I use them to see, I can’t take them off to charge. They need a bigger battery or better tech for version 3.

    I use the app all the time and it works great but I am not getting live AI update even though almost everyone else Has it!!

    I’m stuck in an endless error loop just trying to set up the app. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times, still no way to long in and no way to get IT support simply because the glasses were purchased at LensCrafters instead of Meta.

    Purchased the Meta glasses and it disconnected me from the app and it tells me I need to go to my oculus account to reactivate the account. This is complex and not user friendly, but this is Meta signature. No customer support.

    2/11/2025 5:04pm the meta view app isn’t logging into the app or syncing any of my videos “ you must log into meta.com to authenticate” after doing so it still says it’s wrong and has me put other ways to verify that I don’t have. Never had this issue before today.
