Meta Ads Manager

Nothing has worked for three days now. No buttons do anything. I can’t adjust budgets. I can’t even see results. Reported in app SEVERAL times.

I’ve been trying to see and contact someone since 2018 for one violation that got me blocked from running ads or making money. This task is not worth the time since it’s impossible to get a hold of someone.

I can't boost and setting my posts(Live sale posts) in time setting(specially hours). Why? It is not ok for us. Now i boost my posts in day(1day ,2 day). I dont like that.

My instagram account got caught up in the mass Meta AI bans, and I’ve been forced to make a new one and start all over. I’m trying to create ads so I can grow my account, however in order to do that I need to link the account in the ads manager I can’t download! This is absolutely insane and I get getting run around in circles with absolutely NO help. I would give this 0 stars if I could, this is literally the worst app EVER!

This app basically never works anymore. I get an “unexpected error” message every time I use it even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I’ve had a professional page since 2014, where I built my business and digital presence. In February 2024, my account was hacked, and I’ve been locked out for 18 months. The hackers used my account to make charges on my credit cards, causing financial and personal damage. I’ve submitted over a thousand reports through every channel available. There is no way to speak to a real person, no effective support—only automated messages telling me to wait for a review that never comes. It’s unbelievable that an app designed for businesses offers no security, no protection, and no customer service. This has affected me professionally and personally. Meta needs to take responsibility and provide real solutions.
