    The app isn’t working, so recently I got my vr taken away, and I use the app. It was working just fine yesterday but now it’s completely different I can’t see some peoples pfp and I can’t call people it just says “unsupported attachment “

    I tried helping my uncle with an account suspension placed on his account. Sadly it’s literately impossible to find any type of support channel. too resolve your issue the meta website says to submit an appeal or contact the support team… but doesn’t tell you how to do so and after three YouTube tutorials I gained the realization that meta doesn’t want people to actually be able to submit any appeals. This is super frustrating especially because he didn’t even understand the reason when he looked in his email he wasn’t given any type of warning before the random suspension. I’ve worked with so many different support channels in the past but meta easily takes the cake of the worst I’ve seen. Thank you for robing an old man and deleting his account!
