Meta Business Suite

I cannot for the life of me contact customer support. Everything, and I do mean everything related to support brings you to a common question page or the links don’t work. If your issue isn’t a common one in the answers they have you’re out of luck. My account has a bug from their end and I can’t event get them to fix it because there is no way of speaking to a real person or even an ai bot to attempt to help me. For being such a large company you’d think they’d be able to pay for a customer support but clearly Zuckerberg continues to be too greedy to care about the people who use his products that give him that paycheck.

I prefer the Facebook pages. The new business suite has so many problems to list. Wrong appointment times to what I initially set. No more appointment confirmation the eve of appointment . Unable to easily edit appointment date. Can’t easily save or react to photos shared. Etc .. but I could do all these things with the previous Facebook pages. Actually I just deleted the app because today I tried to book an appointment and it keeps saying no connection whereas I am smoothly using other aspects of Facebook with no internet connection problem.

Great app for small businesses to get there links together. It just smooths things out.

I can’t even log in anymore. I click my account and it never loads so the app is useless now

Hard to navigate, find settings and data. Not intuitive at all

Would not recommend using this if privacy is your concern
