I try to schedule 3-5 days in advance and attempt to schedule reels 3-5 times a day with little success. I might get 2 a week with constant attempts. It’s insane that this software isn’t able to complete its basic function that is uploading posts. Photo posts of text only do great but reels and video are hit and miss to the point that I was discouraged from posting anything for over a month.

Many issue persist but the newest one is when scheduling a post and you hit the Schedule button to compete the post, it stays on that screen so you never know if the post was actually scheduled or not. Then you hit it again to be sure and you just scheduled it twice, but it still looks like it isn’t complete. So you have to just back all the way out of the post scheduling and then go delete all of the ones you scheduled since you weren’t sure if it worked or not.

Meta Business Suite. It’s my third choice compared to TikTok Studio and YouTube Studio, but it does have a strong point: it handles cover photos pretty well. You can streamline your cover images directly in the app, which is definitely a plus if you’re working with platforms like Facebook and Instagram. However, the scheduling feature is a bit of a letdown because it only lets you schedule one post at a time. For someone who wants to line up multiple pieces of content and then not worry about it, that’s a bit limiting. And when it comes to previews, you have to jump over to the Facebook or Instagram app to see them, which kind of breaks the flow for a creator who just wants to focus on creating rather than consuming. In short, Meta Business Suite is great for cover photos and cross-platform management, but it could really use improvements in multi-post scheduling and in-app previews to make it as creator-friendly as the others.

I’ve been using Meta business suite for almost 5 years and was working great with my sales. In the last 3 months I’ve spend around over $500 and not one single interested customer! Also used the call button and would get phone calls but the call will get disonnected and when I would call back I would get a recording « that the meta customer you’re calling is not accepting calls. » Why is the option there if the calls don’t come thru! Very Disapointed !
