    I had to reinstall Messenger for Mac but now the camera is grayed out and won’t turn on. I have tried to add it in security and privacy but it won’t work. It keeps telling me I am using the wrong browser. It worked fine before I had to reinstall so they have a problem somewhere in their software.

    I just installed it on my Mac desktop and whenever I open it, it doesn’t show up! And it doesn’t let me close out! Even though nothing is on the screen. The only way to close out is to reset, or to hit the button on the back. And that wastes time.

    FB technology blocked me from creating an account, I don’t have an account and this stupid thing says I do & FB won’t allow you to speak to anyone. No wonder the company is losing money.

    It just keeps crushing ALL the time!!! I deleted the app and installed it again but nothing helps. It’s so annoying as I can’t even write anything because it crushes every few seconds!

    even updated, all it does is crash, then it takes about ten minutes to load the chat. if i'm lucky it doesn't immediately crash again, but also, it might not load the most current chat for a while...

    This app works well for me. [Sorry, I was having trouble with this app but it turned out I had FB blocked on my router and that’s what was causing the problem. It’s weird that it didn’t always have the issue, but I have had the router blocking do this before.]

    They keep moving things.. now I can figure out how to switch accounts without completely logging out of on or other.. and its just so complicated pointlessly!
