    I’ve been using AT&T WiFi for a while now, and honestly, I love it. The connection is fast, reliable, and consistent, which is exactly what I need whether I’m streaming, working, or just browsing. I rarely deal with buffering or slow speeds, even when multiple devices are connected at the same time. What really stands out to me is how dependable the service is. I don’t have to worry about random outages or interruptions, and that peace of mind is everything. The setup was simple, and the overall experience has been smooth from the start. If you’re looking for WiFi that actually keeps up with your daily needs, AT&T is definitely worth it. I’m more than satisfied and would recommend it to anyone who wants strong, reliable internet.

    I have tried to talk to a Customer Service Representative for the past month, with no ability to do so. A robot comes on and doesn’t transfer the call to a live person, then hangs up on me. I have been being charged for services that are still not connected, and no response.

    Auto payment needs to be better. When you pay a head of time. There shouldn’t be any issues with the system understanding that I paid a head of time.

    I switched my cellphone service as well as internet service to ATT a few months ago. They said they would pay off my TMobile phone and they did… kinda. They sent gift/rewards cards. Note that you only have a few months to use their card or it expires and you LOSE that money. ATT will not issue another card or extend it even by a day. My card got covered by some old mail so when I found it and tried to activate and use it to pay a bill, I learned a hard lesson (over $300). While I am not disappointed in the phone service, their customer service is lacking.

    Please remove the blue tab at the top. It obscures all selection options (account, payment, services, etc).

    I started using AT&T internet service over a year ago. I used to be with Xfinity for a long time but dropped due to the cost. The only issue I am currently experiencing is the slow speed. I have quite a lot connected to my internet but had no issues while using Xfinity. I will appreciate it if you guys work on the speed. Thanks
