I bought this app yers ago then one it just went away. They wanted me to buy it again. No way. So now I play, not with friends, but with ads

Yes! I love Boggle. I play it every day. But I’ve been noticing some changes to the scoring that I don’t think are quite fair. When I come across someone who uses the “Blaze” for help, I resign after the first round. I don’t use it and won’t use it. This evening, I finished the second round with a player and was trying to figure out how they more than doubled my score. I went looking for the Blazes but there were none. At the very beginning, we both had the word lax. She received 19 points but I got 11. Had there been the Blaze icon, I would have expected that. Then we both played sax. She got 18 to my 10. I am confused.

The game would be great if I didn’t get the same 3 boards almost every single day. I know the words to find by heart. Not very challenging.

This game’s works perfectly on Android. On Apple, I get all kinds of promotional notifications, but none about games where it’s my move. Also the profile pictures are hit and miss. I’ve contacted Zynga, but I have no confidence they will fix anything.

I’m tired of how slow and long it takes to open every movement. It gets stuck and I have to shut it down and start over all the time and this has been going on for years but yet I continue to play. I’ve finally reached the point to quit if I don’t see an improvement in the next few weeks. Plus when you give us the event to play the hard letters, it’d be great if you put those letters in the game more often. I have to play several, several games to get the hard letters to show up. Just frustrating. It also doesn’t always recognize my actions when I play a game specifically to meet the challenge. I waste too much time because of these issues. But I love the game. So I’ll miss it if it doesn’t improve.

Do you think we are stupid? Why do you make us close an ad so many times for the same ad. Seriously stop ruining the entire game. Drives me nuts.

Bring back Scramble! SO many stupid ads. It mutes with no warning and messes up your game. Takes away coins even when you use “free” ones. The sounds are obnoxious, too. Of course, this is all purposeful, so you’ll want to pay for the upgrade. 👎🏼👎🏼

I would’ve ranked the game higher if they didn’t put Flo from progressive into the game a while ago. If they do it again the rating will go to 1 star (because zero is not a possible rating)

I have been playing Boggle With Friends for years. But, I almost want to delete the app because it has become unstable has inconsistent playing times. Sometimes the app works like it’s supposed to. Other times, like today, it becomes stuck on an unending loading cycle and becomes unplayable. I love the game, but strongly dislike waiting on the app to load properly!

The average 4.5 rating here must be manipulated. Go to the actual reviews and you'll see a string of 1 ands 2 stars. I like the game. But the ads are so numerous you just have to put yourself into a zone so it's not to get frustrated. The app also has bugs that are so frustrating I periodically stop playing because I just can't take it anymore. The worst one is that it cancels winning streaks arbitrarily, taking them to zero even if you've won, say, 40 or 50 games in a row. I've written to the Help function multiple times over many months but they don't fix it even though they keep saying they are "working on it." The helpline itself appears designed to prevent you from getting to a live person. The bot poses questions that are irrelevant and when you answer that you need to communicate with someone, there's no timely response for a long time, so that you can't wait for one. You have to remember to go back a day or two later to see if they responded, otherwise you get an automatic message saying that they "haven't heard from you" and they cancel your request. Even if you do catch a response in time it takes forever to get answers and the answers are always "we're working on it" though nothing ever changes or improves. Meanwhile, they charge a fortune to get the power ups you need to play at an advanced level. Awful.
