After this newest update, the game has glitched and sucked! It won’t let me open my zoo even though I’m almost at level 54 and even though I’m connected to social media or others, it still won’t let me sell things or complete task or events!

This game hasn’t functioned in months. It loads up but I can’t open anything, I can’t collect items from my stations, I can’t open chat, I can’t open anything. I’ve got loads of keys I can’t use, items I can’t use, I can’t open board orders. I can’t even accept the daily gifts.

It has been one full week now that my game won’t load. I’ve done everything I can to get it to work. But nothing. I’ve lost all progress. I’m so upset.

Frustrated with the fact that every time I open an ad to get a reward, it pauses and I have to restart the game! So annoying!!

I am highly disappointed with this game right now. I was crafting and came back to harvest and my items were gone. I immediately contacted support and they tell me it doesn’t show I lost anything. I also lost my progress with my baby fox and was told I didn’t level up but also contacted immediately when it happened so it could be time stamped in my report. Still was told it wasn’t showing when they looked. That is the entire complaint and being told I didn’t when I have spent time completing crafting and leveling up is frustrating. Almost ready to delete the game entirely. Glad I didn’t lose $ on here but know not to spend any due to this mishap. Cannot trust the game.

I used to play this game religiously. I recently saw an ad for this so I decided to reload. But there’s a glitch when I try to start the game. It doesn’t load or move at all. It’s not frozen but I can’t get the screen to move whatsoever. I deleted and reinstalled multiple times and still doesn’t work. I want to play this. I’m so bummed

I have been a daily player of this game for years. In fact, I happily spend my real money on upgrades within the game. But the changes that have been made in the events recently.. have me extremely disappointed. The events which give you a permanent animal if you earn gold (such as pumpkin panic now) used to be set up with people at your level being your competitors. Now I am competing with people over 20 levels from me. It’s extremely unfair and frankly leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Why am I spending my hard earned money on this game only for it to be so unfair? As a loyal farmer, I ask that you please change this back.
