    I enjoy the game, but I have bought multiple packs and they don’t show up under “my packs.” When I click them from the area of packs to purchase, it doesn’t recognize I bought them. I did try to buy one again but it said “download failed.” So it’s recognizing I did buy it somehow, but not enough to give it to me lol. When I buy a new pack, they are available only until I close the app. When I reopen pack, games purchased cant be played and my coins are still gone. Annoying. Hope it gets resolved soon.

    Once again completed each task of the special event, received the first rewards but did not receive the next 2 rewards after completing ! As always your app is a joke fails to give rewards as they’re earned ! Asking again to fix your app

    I like to play this game but lately I get no vowels time after time. Probably a marketing ploy.

  • Buggy game, horrible support

    I played this app for almost ten years. It started out good, then around 2021 the game started having all kinds of problems. The game would not count completed puzzles toward weekly challenges (almost weekly). Then, at the end the gifting started bugging, not letting me send gifts back to friends that were sending me gifts. Support was absolutely the worst!! They had 4 years to fix the weekly challenges problem and as of today (when I deleted this app) it still wasn’t working properly. The gifting problem just started and support would not help resolve anything, all support wants to do is “explain” how gifting works. I know how it works, been playing the game and gifting to friends for years. I decided enough was enough. I deleted the game. If support doesn’t care to fix the problems, I’ll not play this game anymore. Totally fed up with this poor excuse of a gaming app.

  • Problems with getting rewards

    I play this daily. I’ve played every game out there. When it comes time to get rewarded, I either don’t get it or have to write them to remind them. Since I’ve played every game, the puzzle packs are free, but I have to ask most of the time for them to give me credit. On Sunday, I won the tourney. Was first. Should have gotten my coins back. Never received it. Tried to report it to the creators, but nothing fell into the category of “didn’t get paid for winning.” I’ve played this for many years. About ready to just quit. I try to do them to keep my mind sharp. There are other crossword games out there.

    Love the puzzles, however July 29-Themed Puzzle clue asked for August’s Birthstone. Answer in puzzle was Opal. The correct answer is Peridot. Opal is October.

  • Horrible intro and buggy

    Forced intros are never a good idea. And the permissions screens overlapped the puzzle and were underneath the forced info. Will not be playing.

    Often I try to play and realize someone else’s name is at the top of screen. Yesterday I didn’t get to play all puzzles. Name showing was “sandirth “ or similar to that.
