    Game would be okay if it didn’t keep losing harvested pineapples, wheat, etc. I just harvested 18 plots of pineapples and none are showing in my inventory. This is constant and not a one off. Contact me by the end of the week with a solution and I will change my rating. If not, I play elsewhere.

    When are you going to update the levels. I have been playing this game for at lease 3 years. I am at level 95,which is the highest you can go. I am starting to feel this game is a waste of my time. Because I have been at the level for a year or more. I sure progressed to levels in the 100’s. When are going to update. Thinking about stop playing

    They has s seahorse race where you could use keys to get extra points. I used keys that I have been saving (for the 4 years I’ve been playing this game) and it flagged me saying I was manipulating the game!!! WTH and they refused to look into it for me. So disappointed in their support team. All they respond is their copy and paste responses. I tried to ask them to look into it. Now they refuse to answer any email that pertains to it. So don’t waste your time. I have played this game since it first started!! I saved up every diamonds I ever got. Once I reached 10,000 after 7 yrs they flagged me again ACCUSING ME OF MANIPULATING THE GAME!! I can’t believe I gave it a second chance and the same. Stuff happened. They won’t look in to it. Soooooo DISAPPOINTED

    I have a lot of complaints. First and foremost are the cheaters. A legitimate player cannot compete with cheaters who put up millions and sometimes billions of points on the tournament and other events. I complain and nothing is done. Why try when a cloner is in first second and third place? Next I have been at level 95 for years now. It keeps saying more levels coming soon. When? We have lost many players to boredom. The events are all recycled. Nothing is new. And most events are top heavy on 1 or 2 items. An example is the trireme. All it wants is sugar. And most items take a whopping 30 to 45 min to make. Progress is too slow. Trying to produce enough sugar takes away from other things and events. It becomes a job not an enjoyment. I have stopped playing a few times and come back hoping things have changed. They have not. In closing the cheaters are the biggest problem. I can live with Zynga lack of involvement in running the game. The game itself rates a 4. Zynga's stewardship rates less than 1.

    Why is there an update for Santa???? It’s not even thanksgiving yet. Also ever since the update the game won’t load past 26%. I have spent too much time and money on this game to be inconvenienced like this. Please update properly!!! I will fix my rating once it works

    So after years of playing this game I started noticing that when I would buy gold bars all this sudden the amount of build items would go up essentially making it that I would have to buy more gold so I started taking screenshots and reached out to support yet they sent nothing back through email so I had no idea how no idea what to do finally I found the messages they responded with in my Game Center but by that time they closed the ticket saying their developers found no issues. This is lies as I have screenshots of everything. Which I’m more than happy to show to a lawyer as this is considered fraud with that being said I hope the developers are reading this and reach out before I reach out to a lawyer. Be aware especially if you purchase items and screenshots everything.
