  • Ok, but has issues.

    For what it’s worth, this app does the job for when I use the earbuds to mask noise at night. I have a loud upstairs neighbor who stays up all night roaming around and yelling, and I don’t hear them when I have my sleep earbuds in playing a frequency. However, this app has glitched many times and either silences my earbuds playing white noise way before my alarm, waking me up super early, or doesn’t sound my alarm at all, causing me to be late. I use the sleep function, so I can only use the in-app alarm to hear it. I’d like to see this fixed because I cannot afford to be late!

  • Last update rendered my soundcore wakey unusable

    The last update rendered my Anker/Soundcore Wakey alarm clock useless. I can no longer connect to the clock and change any settings. Every update gets worse, the snooze intervals have been glitched out for over a year. I wish i didn’t need to have the app to use my alarm clock

    Oh you didn’t update your headphones? Then enjoy having absolutely no control over the app Left the house without your case and want to change a setting? Tough you didn’t install the update so now we won’t let you. What’s funny is sometimes it takes a second to register and you CAN change those settings, so it’s not being prevented by the lack of update, just by the godawful UK And I’m sick of having to make account for things that shouldn’t require one. You want to change the bass on your headphone? Give us your email and your full legal name first.

    i am tired of creating an account to use an app. there is absolutely no reason or benefit to me giving my email address just so that i can manage a device that i have already purchased. this is functionality that was advertised and requiring me to go through additional steps and give up my privacy to use it is at the least unethical and at worst a form of consumer fraud. i will be returning these headphones.

    It didn’t even work I was trying to connect it over and over and over again and it still wouldn’t connect I was so excited to try it out. I do t know if it’s just my headphones but this makes me sad.

  • This app is amazing! The only thing that should be fixed is the accessibility with voiceover.

    This speaker is one of the speakers that I do not regret ever buying! The only thing that I would like to have the app get fixed is the base control with voiceover. The way it’s designed it will not work with voiceover. I am a blind person trying to use the speaker and I can’t because VoiceOver Will not allow me to change the base in the equalizer settings. This is the only problem I have with the app.

    I have no idea why anybody has given this app 5 stars. You can’t delete inaccurate data. It dosent seem to save old data. Not very many options for sounds. So many things wrong with this app. Your headphones don’t automatically discount when you put back in case you have to manually do it. I haven’t find a single thing a like about this app. Unless it’s a skill issue on me.

  • App not supported, even when documented in the Guide???

    I just bought the Soundcore 2, and the Quick Start Guide contains a QR code to THIS APP. But this app doesn’t connect to my Soundcore, and after several tries, I noticed that Soundcore 2 is NOT listed in the supported devices. So why is the QR code even here? A waste of time… At least the Soundcore seems good and loud on its own… a shame about the lack of app support. 2 stars…
