I tried over 30 times to get the app to pair with my Life A1’s both automatically and manually and it didn’t work at all. Please fix this.

This speaker is fine and good for music that has some bass but if it has too much bass the speaker cannot balance out the audio. For example I played cold by Maroon 5 in SoundCore’s signature sound and also in the xtra bass mode and found that at louder volumes the bass did not sound the greatest. The speaker had deep bass for its size I’d say but I just think that this speaker has too much distortion overall. It sounds good/great on some song tracks but anything that is extremely bass heavy or just has deep bass, the speaker cannot balance the bass. Unless you either turn the volume down to lower volumes or turn the bass down. I mean I understand this is a budget priced speaker but I still shouldn’t have to turn the bass down. For example I have a JBL flip 6. It only has a 3-band eq (sadly) but I leave the bass slider all the way up on the JBL Portable app and I have the midrange set to the lowest setting to get the best clarity (to my ears) and the treble all the way up to the highest setting. I tried to set my soundcore motion 300 to similar settings and to my ears the speaker had too much distortion. Like on my JBL flip 6 I can have the bass slider all the way up and test the bass to its limit and hear no distortion or extremely minimal distortion. If I try to do that on the soundcore motion 300, the bass just doesn’t sound tight like the flip 6 does. But then again I do understand this is a budget speaker. Thank you for taking the time to read this. SoundCore developers or anyone reading this.

I enjoy listening to both my speakers and my LifeTune headphones however… Why are there are no options for Spatial Audio and the equalizer is limited to tune bass frequencies that aren’t appealing? When I first used the app, several years ago, I could have sworn the bass frequency started at 60 or 70Hz, when I downloaded the app a couple of years later, it starts the bass tuning off at 100Hz. A little lack-luster… Though both my speakers and headphones sound awesome and the noise cancellation options on the LifeTune are excellent, there’s a certain drawback when listening to Dolby Atmos enabled songs, I know they’re not true Dolby Atmos capable, but some spatial adjustments would be more than welcomed. Otherwise, I really enjoy the app it is just the lack of some key features that make it not worth the hassle…

Headphones aren't recognized by app. They just connect to the iPhone whether setting up manually or auto.
  • Error in code snooze alarm

There is an error in the code in the snooze alarm that has been an on going issue that hasn’t been solved in the Soundcore Wakey. Can’t get the support chat people to communicate with the app developers to get the issue resolved.

I have the 3s and even two years later they're still loud jammin and can even hear the base as if they are still brand new. The noise cancellation on these things is fabulous. I can't hear literally anything to the point I have to only wear one headphone when crossing the street etc. Funny because I also own airpods the small white ones and I do not remember them ever being this crisp let alone after owning them a while.
