    I don’t understand why you can’t control the volume in this app with the volume button on your phone. By tapping on the ear bud, it only seems to have 2 volume levels: excessively loud or silent.

    Love my A30 sleep buds. Only issue is when prepping for night. Some of the alarm settings are so small that you’re putting your earbuds in without your glasses because you’re climbing into bed and you cannot read how small this type is.

    i’m totally blind. I was trying to set a custom EQ settings on my headphones, but unfortunately, due to accessibility problems, I wasn’t really able to adjust anything. Therefore, I kept the default settings intact. You really need to fix all these accessibility problems because more people want to be able to use the app. This is because I use VoiceOver, the screen reader built into iOS, and proper accessibility labels are necessary. important. need to fix the problem problems could be two problematic

    So your entire app takes up 1.3 gb of storage on my device why I have yet to know. You must agree to tracking down to your web traffic and emails. Soundcore who do you think you are? I dont even keep other apps and they do less. The entire app should be less than 100 or maybe 200 MB. 100 dollars for earbuds yet the app has ads that make it slow and useless I deleted it off my device.

  • Useless features and refuses to add devices

    For an app that is for speakers and other products, they have completely bloated this app with features that i do not and will not care for. Doesn’t even try to connect or add to the speaker i recently bought, but for some reason has a credit system, ‘sleep stories’ and white noise, a community wall, and an AI chatbot?? I only downloaded this app to see if there is a software update for my speaker, now i have to sift through all these pointless features just to figure out that adding a device just doesn’t work. Are all apps made just to waste everyone’s time?

    This app just added an AI assistant and has started sending push notification ad spam in clear violation of app store rules. Why would I ever want an AI assistant in my sleep headphones?
