    Horrible app won’t even connect to my earbuds it gives me the runaround telling me to connect in my Bluetooth settings when my Bluetooth is already synced to my phone

    Bought 11/2024 just like other review. After this latest update my right one won’t charge 1/2 the time and only to 50%. Last night the left one was at 90% and hour later 10%. Please FIX this issue!!!!!
  • New A30 earbuds

    I started might sleep by journey with Bose at $400. When Bose pulled their earbuds, I looked for a replacement and found the sound core. Sleep buds. A30 version came in today and I’m so excited for the new upgrades it provides. I have continued to upgrade my sleep bud. Each upgrade has brought new features that enhances my sleeping experience. I have tried several other Earbuds and find the Soundcore amazing I would recommend at this price point. You can’t find a better set of sleep buds.
  • Firmware destroyed them

    Got them Nov 2024 worked great until a week ago after the latest firmware update. Now the left ear bud won’t charge above 50%. I’ve cleaned them, reset, unpaired, uninstalled and installed. NOTHING. I’ve seen numerous comments online and I’m baffled as to why they are allowing the SleepBud A20 to continue to not work for many that spent hard earned money on these by not rolling out a correction. Bad business and poor customer service. Will be reporting this to the BBB. From what I’ve seen many think it was done on purpose to force ppl to buy the new model being released! Disgusting if true! FIX THE D*** ISSUE!

    I have an issue I tried to report through the warranty and it won’t let me submit the report unless I upload an image but the image upload button just loads forever without letting me add an image.

    Never had this happen before. Create account. Use verification code. Go to log in. Wrong password. Reset password. The confirm button is hidden off screen. Figure out I have to rotate my device to landscape to click it. Verification code required again. Put code in. Expired. I give up.

  • App and support awful

    I have the AeroFit 2 headphones and I absolutely love them. However, I’m having to return them because the AI translation part of the app doesn’t work and I customer support for the app is virtually nonexistent. I’ve been emailing back and forth for 2 weeks. At most, I was getting one response a day. My last email to them was Monday. Today is Saturday and I’ve had no response. Furthermore, I escalated my case a few days ago and was supposed to hear from a manager within 24 hours. No response again. I bought these headphones for my husband who is a cop and was excited to have the AI translation. Sorry to say they have to go back.
