    I am very disappointed with this product. One off the cameras that closest to WiFi source continuously goes off line. Forcing to reset, reinstall making it an inconvenient since it’s a flood light. Another camera continuously gives me false notifications. Try calling eufy only to be told to set up blind spots, defeating the purpose of the camera. This is a very inefficient product. I do not recommend.

  • Won’t pair!

    I’ve tried for 3 days to pair the device . You can contact the company in the app but it’s buggy and you can’t submit your questions because you can’t scroll down far enough to hit the submit button. So I have bought a piece of junk that won’t pair with my iPhone 16pro and doesn’t show up in find my app. I charged it for hours.

  • Requires precise location to add devices. Very slow to open.

    Simply adding a new device requires precise location and connected to WiFi AP. No need for location at all to just add device and should have option to manually add WiFi info don’t need to be connected. Privacy implications and inconvenient to add device if away from home. App opens very slowly takes almost 5 seconds and then 5 more to see live view. When there is a detection this is a long time.

  • Eufy S340 not charging

    I bought this unit a few months ago and it charged fine through the solar panel. Then I noticed that the battery was running low and not charging as it should through the solar panel. This was quite alarming because I thought there would never be a problem with solar charging with this unit. I am troubleshooting it at this moment. Hopefully, I will be able to get it to run again by way of solar charging. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with you and this expensive product, which apparently has built-in defects.

    This camera has been error free, great videos for a few years. Suddenly, I can’t watch videos when I’m away unless I go on my cellular connection instead of WiFi . Please help. Is there an update or did something change?

    Ever since this app took over Eufy Lights, I can get my two Eufy permanent lights to sync in Group. Only one strand works. I want to go back to the old App.

  • Not good at actually securing

    I entered my home and went into my room to grab something, yet the system didn’t even detect me on the screen. That’s unacceptable and makes me feel unsafe given how much I’ve invested in this equipment, as well as the monthly fees I’ve been paying. On top of that, I’ve repeatedly been told to switch companies and repurchase products, which is unreasonable. Additionally, the constant low-battery notifications are excessive. I’ll replace the battery when I choose to, and I’ve already turned off the alerts multiple times—yet they keep reappearing and even waking me up. This level of disruption is not acceptable for the price I’m paying.

    Please stop putting ads on the main screen as the cameras. It’s annoying. Definitely won’t be spending anymore money with eufy. Once we need new equipment that’s it
