    I like how you can view everything in the app. We have 3 Eufy devices and can view them all. Changing the settings can be a bit confusing and tricky. I also dislike how often the Eufy sock loses signal when on the child’s foot. 2/5.

    It doesn’t have the settings to adjust the sensitivity of video recording area, nor active areas, and the events recorded are seldom and miss alot of important events. Really disappointed.

    The streaming of this camera to app has failed more often than it has been successful. And we have fast 5G internet. Plan to buy a new camera for next baby.

    Camera almost never connects. I constantly have to restart device and restart connection to only be able to connect to the camera maybe 20% of the time. When the camera actually connects I get a few seconds of video before it buffers.

    I wish I could love this, it sure if it’s the app or product but it’s constantly not reading and having issues connecting to the base or foot monitor, please fix this.

    I cannot say enough positive things about the Eufy! As a post NICU mom, it was important to me to have a reliable monitor at night. Eufy has brought me peace of mind while my daughter sleeps.
