  • Dysfunctional projector, useless app

    Nebula projectors die quickly. Warranty is short 12 months, during which one gets refurbished lemons. The app doesn’t help if your $1000+ projector is not powering up. The company intentionally made their later models hard to open and very near impossible to fix fuse or other problems yourself.

  • Needs an update!

    This controller needs an update. There are too many old apps that won’t connect to servers at all or constantly give connection issues. The mini screen cannot be closed at all. You have to turn the whole projector off. The turn on/off button stopped working for us like two months ago. Yet there hasn’t been an update to anything.

    The UI is terrible. Half the apps don’t work. The mouse control is terrible. When it does work in app, I try to skip forward by double tapping the mouse but it changes it to PIP, but there’s no way for me to get back to full screen. I’ve never used such a terrible app with such bad user controls. I expected better

    I wish there was an easier better way to adjust the picture. Even though the projector can be off center and get a center picture, one side is always a little crooked. If the projector is off center on the right the right side picture will be shorter and vice versa, usually the top corner. So 3 out of four corners will be true and the 4th will drive you nuts unless you take all sorts of time to futz with it.

    Utterly useless ap. It just collects data on you and does not work. There’s 15 minutes of my life I will never get back

    This is the worst functioning app I have ever downloaded. It not bad it’s terrible, almost unusable. I don’t do reviews but I felt compelled by how horrible this is. 0 stars isn’t low enough.

    Is really hard to swap between apps because of the buttons at the button are located when trying to swap it clic in those buttons change that design
