  • Can't change account email

    This joke of a company has such bad tech that they can't even update the email address on your account. Mines under a domain I don't pay for anymore and they don't support changing it. You have to delete your account, factory reset all your devices, make a new account, and set it all up again. I manage apps and work with backend systems, the fact this isn't possible means their tech must be poorly mismanaged.

    Most likely the worse vacuum on the market. Never goes back to base constant errors can't find base even with no obstructions. They replaced it once had more problems with second unit. Don't waste you money on this model. It's awful.

    I have many smart plugs that I’ve used over the years and the Eufy ones are terrible. They disconnect frequently.

  • Doesn’t Work Anymore

    Have been having problems for 6 months and gave up trying to get eufy to work with app because I don’t have time to fix eufy's problems for them unless they want to put me on their payroll. I heard there was an update so tried again. The first problem I’ve encountered is it no longer remembered my device which I’ve had for years. The second problem I had after resetting my device and Wi-Fi is that after about one minute of use the unit powers down and will only turn on again if I put it on the base. I have tried six times with this cycle and am tired of restarting it every minute. The battery is fully charged. What is the deal? This unit was really expensive and I feel like it’s a piece of junk and no one who cares is running this show. When I first got my eufy L70 Hybrid I loved it and would have recommended it to anybody. However, now I would never buy a eufy product again.

  • Worse than before

    Let me have the vacuum and the lights on the same Home Screen, there’s ZERO reason to separate them, the vacuum widget is 1/3 of the page, so let me use the bulbs like before so I don’t have to swipe over just to turn my lights on or off. Seriously considering switching home bulbs because of this.

    Works great but needs to have multiple schedules instead of just once a day. We have two dogs that shed all day every day.

    Updated 3/1/24. After ignoring them for a couple of weeks, they magically reconnected. Everything is working just fine now. I loved them before and I enjoy them again. So I don’t know what the hiccup hiatus was. January 2024: Other updates went through without a hitch and no difference on the user end. This one blew everything. I still can’t get Amazon to connect again and the group doesn’t work in Eufy either. I finally got the lights to work independently in the app after trying for a couple of days. But even flickering the lights didn’t put them in reboot mode.

    02/25/2024: new update now shows multiple devices on the Home Screen! Rating updated. 02/17/2024: Just updated to the latest app & the redesign is terrible. I now have to swipe to my devices instead of seeing them on one screen. Who thought this change was a good idea?

  • Loses WiFi connection

    Ever since the last firmware update and app update both of my robots (X8, L60) in different homes loses WiFi connection without reason and without a low battery. This has never happened before. Please fix. Updates should not break already functional services!!!
