    No matter what you cannot get the captcha to pop up even by following the troubleshooting steps they provide. App is useless.

    Your apps been constantly not working properly saying the closest place is 32 miles away when I know I live at least a minimum of 5 miles away from several places there’s only one place available. It’s an hour and 30 minutes away. I don’t find that to be possible.

    Why is the fee to process a covered device if it is lost or stolen be set so high (for as much as $150)? The main idea for purchasing the insurance in the first place is for such instances. However, in order to provide the remedy, this plan automatically requires that that fee be paid for the processing, and that fee just vanish after it is paid. It is not applied to anything — it just vanishes. Does not go toward paying for the device or anything. No, nothing. Just for good measure. Can you imagine? Really, guys? T-Mobile can do better than this. That is certainly not a good customer support. Maybe it's a deterrent — pay for a plan that when it is time to use it, prepare to get squeezed. Why is it like this?

    Esta aplicación lastimosamente no sirve para nada e imposible que estoy en medio de un proceso y tome solo 10 segundos y no permita retomar la información así mismo pide que llames a soporte y se demoran de 3 a 4 horas . Sinceramente no puedan su tiempo en descargarla y mucho menos tomando un servicio de aseguranza con t mobile y eso no es todo no devuelven la llamada al cliente . NO LA DESCARGUEN NO SIRVE

    Was very easy to file a claim and with the imei # makes it 10x easier as well rather then typing in the model.

    I keep trying to submit a claim…no luck…i keep tapping the “live support” and it apparently doesn’t exist at all…ive been trying to get somewhere for the past 20 minutes…
