    App always logs me out. Doesn’t send and receive messages lately. This app is a waste of space on my phone.

    Can’t login. The app freezes and won’t accept any entry. Please help as we manage a number through this app. Luckily, we’re still receiving inbound calls, thus, the 3 stars but need to log in.

    I was trying to find an app I can use to text remotely from everywhere. Apparently, you can’t use this app if you want to text messages people who use iPhones. So basically you can’t text 90% of Americans. The representative was so clueless and basically wasted 3 days before they had to agree that it can’t not text iPhone users. They were trying to make me reach out to Apple to check?!! Don’t use and don’t waste your time and money

    I’ve got two lines that I manage through DIGITS so I can pick up calls on my iPad if my Android phones aren’t handy. Calling out works, but it’s a crapshoot of whether or not the call actually connects. It disconnects without any sort of error at times. When it comes to texting almost none of the messages hit my iPad, but I don’t think that’s a complete fault of DIGITS. Majority of the texts I receive are through RCS. A few menus for managing lines and permissions are entirely broken or give a vague error prompting me to call 611 with no sort of error code to tell a representative. To top it all off, a lot of small annoyances such as DIGITS not using my device’s contact list to show names instead of numbers, calls/texts not showing up if I haven’t opened DIGITS in awhile, clunky menus, and a lack of a dark mode toggle make this app difficult to use. I hope T-Mobile updates this app soon.
