T-Mobile DIGITS

Is there a reason why you can’t receive text verification codes? I have to end up using my primary number anyway because you can’t receive it through a DIGITS number. Also, what’s up with the terrible caller ID display? It rolls the numbers across the screen and it does a terrible job at showing actual caller IDs. I can only see the caller’s phone number. And not to mention the numerous glitches you get throughout the day. They don’t put enough effort into making this app better. Update: Still haven’t seen any updates with the app. Still experiencing the same issues. I guess they don’t care.

The point of Digits is to keep you connected and it can do that somewhat some of the time. But then you will have your first blackout and the phone number will stop taking incoming calls randomly and you won’t realize it until you log into the app and nothing is there: your call logs, your past text messages, your digits phone book; ALL GONE without any warning and without a backup on your phone. You then spend five hours over three days to get it all back, with someone in another country constantly apologizing, and “escalating” your case, but still no calls and no history so you can’t even call people from another line to warn them that your digits line is out of order. It’s garbage. Being disconnected randomly is not worth $10 a month or really any amount of savings when you consider that you probably make your living off of being connected. I wish I had never heard of Digits period. Ow I need to figure out how to back up all my data from their servers and move onto a new provider. I liked TMobile before this but now they can fall off a cliff for all I care. The text messages are also limited to old SMS standards (160 characters). They come in the wrong order so long messages come in jumbled, you can’t send a video attachment, the whole thing is glitchy even when it is “working” and it leaves you constantly wondering if messages sent right or may have been received. Oh, and did I mention: It’s Garbage? So zero stars and congratulations TMobile, you just lost a 20+ year customer.

This is my work number and I have to log out and back in multiple times a day or I don’t receive text and calls. Tried everything. Going to T-Mobile if they can’t fix this I may be changing service.

The app doesn’t work and doesn’t do anything. Absolute junk.

This app does not work as intended. I can sometimes send messages, but I never receive incoming messages or calls. I think this app could use a refactor.

This app and service is terrible. This is my second time trying to use the digits service. The last time it never worked , I could not receive calls or texts. This time, the app breaks at the login, because my password is too long(?) in any case it freezes and I cannot enter the final digits of my password. It’s a joke don’t use this service, just get a $30 phone flip phone from somewhere else and use that as a second line.

This digits app is one of the worst dysfunctional applications ever. Do not waste your money on this. Frustration beyond belief. Will raise your blood pressure. Calls don’t go through. You will not receive Text. Calls connect, but you can’t hear the person on the other end. The app just shuts down then you have to reboot it again and again and again. If you use it for your business, it will destroy your business.

I’m trying to use VOIP to call around town about getting my phone fixed after Apple installed a dud battery, because why else would I need it? But it didn’t occur to these Einsteins that a major use case for a VOIP app would be people with broken phones, so they don’t let you sign in unless you can confirm a code they texted to your broken phone.

I needed a business line and only wanted 1 phone. This app is horrible. I can’t make calls. And when people call me, it’s says it’s disconnected.
