It’s nice when it’s up to date on tracking but it doesn’t update all the time
  • Costs extra

You should know before installing this app that it requires a monthly surcharge. T-Mobile is pretty bad at transparency and building trust. If you don’t listen to your gut, you’ll get a subsequent punch in the stomach with the time sink to set up. The messaging and labels in the app are confusing and alarming. Seems intentional. Approach skeptically.

Why have Face ID on your app if it still requires you to log in with a password everytime? I have it set up and enabled (and even got an email confirmation that it was good to go) yet everytime it acts like I haven’t logged in before. Requiring 2 factor authentication each time even though I checked the “remember this device” option. Typical Tmobile bloatware I guess. My son broke their vpn option even after setting it up correctly and choosing options to limit his ability to make changes to the app and vpn. Why pay for something that can be broken by a novice in less than 30 seconds?

This should be listed as in app purchase for $10 per month, very deceptive and probably breaks Apple Store rules. Should be banned until the have proper disclosures.
