  • Where Is My Scam Shield?

    Ever since T-mobile did away with the separate Scam Shield app I have not had access to the service. Can’t find it anywhere in the T-life app. I can find that it’s on but not find how to access it. What a waste of time!

    Update. I finally got my phone but there service and internet is garbage. Don’t believe the lies. They reached out to me about switching from spectrum. They told me they would give me 2 new iPhones 16s for free. Then they couldn’t but they would immediately pay off my 15 from spectrum. Once I switched they wouldn’t do any of it and offered to switch me back. Old phone company wants entire phone paid off before they take me back. I am screwed completely for choosing T-Mobile. Do not go to them. They lie. I have spent days where they promise to fix it, but at the end of it I have to pay more on a higher plan every month. I hate T-Mobile and TRULY wish I did not go to them.update they had a guy call and pretend like he was going to give me some special deal because of what happend. All it is is thier new promotion.AND the promotion is for an iPhone 16 pro. They sent me a reg iPhone even though I was told I was getting a pro max. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING.   • Love the schedule feature but now I can’t change my mind!

    We set schedules for the devices that are connected to our home internet, which is a great feature. We had some trouble for a while with kids using their devices in the middle of the night, and I like being able to set downtime so they won’t connect to WiFi at night. However, when I tried to change the schedule on one of the devices, I couldn’t do it! It appeared that I could—I went through the motions and it said changes were saved, but when I backed out, nothing had changed. Went back into that device’s schedule settings and it was back to the previous schedule I had set, without having saved the changes. The scheduling is such a great feature, but it needs to work! I hope it can be fixed, and soon.

    Every time I get on the app to pay my bill I am required to update and it is so annoying where I am considering switching to a different network.

    They lied to me about my contract. Now I owe them $600 and the bill doubles every month. They’ll never see that money. Don’t trust them.
  • App freezing while in use

    The application freezes up on the screen and will not allow use from time to time at least two or three times every time I try to use it. You would think a company like this would have a better application for access to their accounts.

    This app is awful. I never wanted to use the app with the freebies/benefits and now they’re forcing us to. I just want to manage my account. Which is already cumbersome and annoying. The perks are absolutely useless to me. Who is traveling in this economy? Or eating out? I have celiac and allergies, and none of the food benefits are relevant. There’s no 711 or speedway near me. I don’t travel. Netflix benefit is cool, but it’s bare bones and you have to pay extra for the good Netflix plan. I hear you’ll be forcing us to do everything in this app soon, AND phasing out LTE. You really don’t care about those of us in rural areas, huh? I’ve been with tmo for nearly 15 years. Might be almost time to try someone else.

    Providers aren’t always accepting and honoring offers from T-Mobile, even after following the steps and within the offer times.
