    It is difficult to fix if your tv doesn’t accept your password. Support doesn’t really give assistance like needed.

    The consensus of my small group is this app is hard to use. We won’t be using any more of your studies because we have such a hard time accessing the videos. Sometimes I can log in, others it doesn’t take my password. Then I can’t access the episode I want. I have to start at the beginning and fast forward through the episodes to get to the new one. I am pretty good at tech issues but this app has issues.
