  • Great app but download does not work on older iPhones

The app is great and the way that it works is wonderful. However, after subscribing and downloading an audio file, the file does not play. This may be an issue with an older iOS software version and older hardware.

I love this app. I have been using it for years. The simplicity of it is perfect. But it keeps glitching and not loading lately.

  • Always crashes after the last verse in Revelation

For two years now, every time I get to Revelation and hear the last verse the app completely glitches out. I assume it’s the last verse because I don’t notice until then. I just tried to stop the audio before the “Amen.” was spoken and it STILL glitched. The only solution I’ve found is to delete it and reinstall. Other than that, I have zero problems with listening. It does, however, like to randomly default to the NIV version after I minimize the app (I listen to Max M. read the KJV). Also, I paid for it and never heard ads, but the banner still sits at the top of the app screen asking me to download the paid version. That’s just a visual bother though, nothing really gets in the way of performance. I’ll never not be amused at how everything ends after Revelation, I mean — that’s just too good to not be intentional. (But it would be nice to fix it)

The Word is perfect. Unfortunately the audio does not work about 70% of the time.

I like the app, but half the time I open, I’m unable to listen. Have to remove and re add frequently. GLITCHY.

I looked at a lot of other apps for the Bible and this is the best one I found. It’s very simple to use. I like how you can read along and listen at the same time. I can’t believe it’s FREE which is why I don’t mind a small glitch here or there. Again, the fact that the app has helped me so much without having to pay a penny far outweighed any problem I’ve ever had with it.
