    I’m use Postmates frequently, and though the convenience is handy, the constant promotions (which are totally misleading) are completely annoying. I wish there was more honesty and transparency in the offers and promotions. The excessive charges and fees make it an app I use with little frequency.

    I ordered a product for my son, and attempted to cancel BEFORE the driver arrived to the store. OF COURSE, he claimed he never got my messages and didn’t get them until AFTER he checked out. I even called the store to attempt to stop him. I attempted to contact CS who didn’t answer until AFTER he checked out and was “on his way” to deliver and ‘couldn’t refund my order” but was HAPPY TO CANCEL IT. $80 GONE!!!! I’ve been trying to contact them it they keep disconnecting, cutting me off and/or won’t respond!!! I really dislike THIS APP and the ppl that work here!!!!

    We received a coupon stating a 70% off promotion was available through February 21 at midnight. My wife and I had made special plans to take advantage of this coupon today for lunch. However, the coupon was no longer available in our app. When I called customer service, they simply explained to me that the system was no longer showing it as available, but gave no reason as to why. I sent screenshots to the customer service representative and I sent an email to Postmates support staff. My wife and I have been forced to alter our plans and we believe the promotion is not being honored in good faith per the terms in the agreement. I request Postmates take corrective action and resolve this issue for my wife and I. Thank you.

    I’ve had Postmates since it’s came out and recently all my orders are messed up or items missing. When I report it I never get a response. You will lose money using this app.

    Very unhappy with this app. Glitchy compared to other options. They sent me a coupon and I was excited to use it, but the app kept sending me in an endless circle saying “promo claimed” but it did not show up on my bill when I would go to checkout.

  • Delivery Fee Fraud

    Make sure when you’re using the app, that they don’t suddenly start suggesting restaurants in cities you don’t even live in, regardless of the location data they collect on you, resulting in an unexpected higher delivery fee. They refuse to acknowledge their shady practices, nor will they work with you on making it right.

    Me and my family were really hungry and we have a sickness going around so we want to order something we try to order on post mates it took 10 minutes for us to get into the app. We try to enter a payment it took 40 minutes and still haven’t got into the payment it kept saying preparing,please wait and almost and repeat don’t recommend if in a rush
