the client paid $140 for the ride, uber only gave me $70, these apps are cheating, you can't make money on them

The customer service is insufferable. It’s like their goal is to outright misunderstand, and make you feel like you’re speaking a different language They love sending you to a “specialized team” who specializes in ignoring you

I couldn’t get job due of lack poor earn money also the CEO is earning steal our money and ripped off couldn’t enough money because of spend too much gas, mileage lost and cost of mechanic I glad leaving job is not worthy and waste my time

Very low earnings. Wait an hour for a trio request and it’s like $3 or $7 and I live I. A busy area. Awful

Customer service is terrible. People rely on this service and it seems like uber tries extremely hard to mess with peoples money. The app is also pretty slow and if you dont live in an area with the best internet service in the world, you can expect that the app will not work for you

Are just horrible support never gives me any info that actually helps me they give me uninstall and reinstall the app not one time has this fixed a issue I’ve bought to them they laugh at me lie to me they give me cancellations I definitely do not deserve I feel they steal tips from me this company needs to be held accountable for there actions they pay me worse than a child I have to work rediculous hrs to make money why don’t you maybe put some new reviews up and not from 5 years ago it was good 5 years ago it’s horrible now

Be advised. On a couple occasions I've accepted orders that Uber allowed other drivers to pick up. Wasting time and gas. They will not compensate for this.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this pathetic app. You won’t earn anything. Nothing but garbage

Uber don’t respect to people doing delivery

Uber has made this an application of employment, masked as an independent contractor gig. They will miraculously find ways to ensure you make the same amount of money on each full tank of gas. They’re throttling and manipulating rides. Even if you’re covered by hot zones, they’ll send you 25 minutes away to drive someone 10, knowing that you don’t get paid for the empty miles. It’s all controlled and it’s getting bad. Now they make you pay for commercial insurance which adds another big chunk of your pay out the door. So you’re spending more money in gas, more wear and tear on your vehicle, and less net pay. They have even made the maps worse where they take you in the longer route by default. They customer service is theeeee worssssttttt ever. All out of the country or AI. You never really get someone who understands your issue if it’s not very simple. And their understanding of terrain is absent. There should be a surcharge for driving in very rural areas where you’re picking or dropping people off in woody areas. They have to Considered this. Some people live in areas that are dangerous for a vehicle and driver. We should have an option to know ahead of time where we are going and reject without being penalized. There needs to be a pre tip option as well. We should be able to set the tip amount as an agreement option on longer drives. If we take someone 1hr our more, we should have the ability to set our minimum tip amount for that ride. If these changes can’t be made, then it’s simply employment. Because Uber has taken away the open nature of the hustle. They have made it very controlled and set a max on what you can make per hour and they do this by making sure the rides you have per hour amount to nothing more than 24$. They have this down to the mile. This is bro unfair business practice and needs to be investigated.
