    Está es la compañía más mala con la que se puede trabajar,te le ponen propuesta a una carga y si es de 1000 te dan 1010,nada más dando migajas y ellos echando en sus bolsillos el sudor de uno,si tienes un problema el equipo según ellos te pelotean como títere y nunca te resuelven el problema y todos te dan la misma respuesta deja consultarlo con el equipo,basta ya de mentiras y engaños ponen las cargas malísimas y encima no se cansan de meterles libras hasta cuando por dios empezaron muy bien hace unos años atrás pero ya lo echaron a perder con sus avaricias y lo peor es q es a costillas del q de verdad trabaja 😡😡😡por eso no la recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

    Very bad experience.. I delivered 2 loads and my payment speed is 2 days and 2.5% fees… but still it’s 10+ days and I didn’t receive my load money.

    Uber Freight it’s not a brokerage company. It’s a Messenger for shippers.They cannot resolve any issues themselves. They will not pay the accessorial if the shipper does not pay them. I already have unpaid TONU for one of their loads because Uber Freight didn’t provide correct pickup number and (as the guys mentioned in the feedbacks) Uber Freight Support team somewhere in the third class country, with rooster crowing in the background, couldn’t provide any pickup number. The worst scenario is if receiver leaves some product in the trailer even if it is a overage. It will take forever because Uber Freight just a Messenger. They test carrier patience until carrier throw away the product because it can’t afford to lose so much time. ( I guess that’s the goal what Uber Freight or Shipper are pursing) New carriers must specify a time period for resolving the issue before signing agreement with Uber Freight preventing themselves from being turned into scapegoats. Unloaded Thursday 20:00. Receiver left 60 cases (overage) in the trailer. Today is Monday Morning. Sent new request to solve this issue . 2 hours passed- no response.

    I used to think TQL and CHR apps were bad. But that was only until I started using the UBER FREIGHT APP a couple of months ago and if I could sum it up with one word, I’d say it’s a “HEADACHE”. My favorite feature is “NOTHING” and the one feature that I absolutely dislike the most is “NOTIFICATIONS” - amongst others, of course. If you set ALERTS from City A to City B and also for City A to City C, if there aren’t loads available from City A to City B, the app still shows loads from City A to City C for that criteria. And to make things worse, it keeps showing FLATBED and REEFER loads on the HOME PAGE for some reason. I was very close to accidentally booking a flatbed load the other day but caught my mistake right in time. Why would you show me flatbed or reefer loads when I have clearly ONLY selected VAN? Also, why is there no option to save my TRUCK and TRAILER numbers, including the type of equipment I have, in the app? To make things worse like they weren’t bad already, if there’s a new load from City A to City C, it will get added to the City A to City B list and you will get a notification for that too. So if there are 20 new loads added to the City A to City C list, you will get a total of 40 new notifications. Then there are times when the app automatically turns off notifications on. Maybe I didn’t want those 20 useless notifications to begin with? so this isn’t that big of an issue. In addition to that, there is no way to upload a .PDF file as a BOL or POD. Only option is to give the app access to CAMERA (totally unnecessary) when all you should have to do is be able to give them access to a limited number of photos and files. And if the POD is 1+ page, an option to upload a .PDF file instead of having to sit there and sort through and upload 3-4-5 pages. No other broker requires tracking to be kept “ON” 24/7 to be able to use their app. I understand that as a requirement if I’m on a load, and even then, it should be limited to no more than 6 hours before the load pick-up time. Of course they ask us to keep tracking on, in the background, at all times, 24/7, keep the app open when on a load, and keep your phone plugged in. My phones battery capacity has gone from 95% to 85% in less than a month because of the constant battery draining and re-charging. UBER FREIGHT has dozens of developers with all sorts of skill sets at their disposal yet they somehow fail to develop an app that actually has the Owner Operator/Drivers best interests in mind and not what these developers think is cool. What boggles my mind is how lame this app is yet it has an almost 5 Star Rating, from thousands of users.
  • No advance warning of change

    They changed the app to a new version with no advanced info and now I am unable to get on the load board and the thing about it is I had booked 2 loads before the changes and I have been trying to get to the older app and they have removed it all together what a way to treat it carrier who has work with them for about a year

    Booked a rate for one price uber contacted me 2 days later and said that the load was booked while the app was glitching not my problem they also lied about the rate that was posted not going to work with these crooks again
