    I am the administrator at my company. On vacation and have to run payroll so I try to login for the first time. The website leads me to this app which DOES NOT WORK. I keep getting an error message telling me that I don’t have access and to contact my company administrator. So, contact myself. I am the only person at my company who has ever logged onto this product at all; there’s no one to help me and this app is useless. To the response: what support team? As I wrote in my review, I am the administrator. I’m also the only employee at my company. We don’t have a staff, let alone someone in charge of making this terrible ADP app functional. Here’s a thought: if it requires a company to have a dedicated IT person to manage your app, your app isn’t working right.
