ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team. - All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app. - This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account / iPay Statements, and select products outside the US (ask your employer). Key Employee Features: • View pay & W2 statements • View & request time off • Track time & attendance o Punch in/out o Create timesheets o Update, edit, & approve time cards • View pay card accounts • View benefit plan information • Contact colleagues Key Manager Features: • Approve time cards • Approve time off • View team calendars • View executive dashboards Security: • All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers • All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted • All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted • Username and password protected • Login sessions time out from inactivity • Accounts locked out with excessive login failures • Fast and easy login with Touch ID or Face ID • Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords Investment options are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product.     Everyone in my office hates this app and the company behind it because we never know if it’s gonna work or not. We can be standing in the office at our desks and walk around for minutes and it still says we’re not there and it won’t let us clock in or take meals or clock out. Having ADP at my workplace has made every day more frustrating. It is a completely useless program that isn’t functional enough to justify the costs and businesses who pay for it are wasting their money and making things harder for their employees. Can’t believe everything is so awful now. Nothing works. Not even an app that’s just a CLOCK.

    Your app doesn’t work. How hard is it to design an app to display a historical PDF file?? I am unable to display any pay statement on the iPad version of your app other than the current statement. I am able to display earlier pay statements on the iPhone, but not the iPad.. I give your app a rating of “terrible”.

    I can’t access my information at all. A loading screen literally blocks everything and it doesn’t matter how long I wait it stays there until I close the app. This app has a 1/10 chance of working properly please fix.

    riddle me this, if i want to change my phone number, why in the world would you send a verification code to my now old number..making it impossible to change it to my new number. you won't send the code to my email either. so now it's impossible to sign in at all. that's dumb. the solution to this problem is to press reset account everytime you want to sign in BUT when you get in to hopefully idk CHANGE THE NUMBER it still sends a code to the old number. got my manager to change the number on my account (profile) to my new one but yet ADP Mobile Solutions somehow doesn't want to send the code to my new number when i need to sign in the right way. need to take "solutions" out of your name. zero stars if i could

    That’s great. Now I can’t even get my paystub cause of your upgrade. Must be you and apple are in bed together trying to make me buy a new phone. Thanks for nothing. Can’t even get my paystub now or see my hours. Good job guys and thanks for not responding. Great service.

    Potentially the worst app ever with how many times it gets updated and yet the same exact problems persist. Insane to believe someone is actually working on this. Constant crashes, can’t clock in, can’t clock out, can’t check logs, can’t use quick clock. Horrible horrible horrible app.
