    everyone at this company doesn’t speak English and they will take DAYS to get back to you on the simplest requests. Will hold your money and not let you use it. Don’t be fooled about getting access to your money two days early. Let’s say you get paid Friday- with wisely you will get it either Wednesday at 11:59pm or 1 am on Thursday. Avoid this company like the plague, unless you like speaking to people from India who have no knowledge of the English language and you like not having access to your own money

    Be careful about moving too much money out or making too much money and spending it because they will lock you out of the app and you will not be able to have access to your money

    App is great but won’t let me put my id and it says I only have 13 days to provide them with documents and I called and they said the same thing didn’t help me solve the problem I’m really irritated with this app

    Do not use this banking program. Easy to get your money? That’s a joke. Oh you need help? Good luck, every rep speaks basically no English and as soon as they are annoyed with you they hang up and end the convo. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever in my life dealt with. How can you withhold your members money from them? Absolutely unprofessional reps and service.
