What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep ■ When Night Falls... It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch. ■ A New Day Dawns By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex! ■ And the Rest of the Day... Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles! Rest Your Very Best! ■ Check Your Sleep Report What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep. ■ Get Support to try to Sleep Your Best You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best. ■ Smartwatch Pairing By linking with Apple Health, you can use sleep data tracked through certain smartwatches to play Pokémon Sleep. • Falling asleep error

This past three weeks os being really hard because, the game is taking up to 2h 30min to “falling asleep time” which is absurd. So a lot of points lost and powder. That’s why I cancelled the premium. The game is entertaining, it gets a little monotonous but definitely worth it for the events they always do. Also the Pokemon sleeping are really cute.

Would be an amazing app if it didn’t take so long to actually get to where you can sleep it forces you to go through so many things first.

This game has me actively planning sleep and has helped with my restlessness. AND it’s Pokémon! Give it a try!
  • Good, not great

This game is good but not the amazing game it could be. The responsiveness of button clicks is slow and draggy, and so are pop ups and screen transitions. You could argue that it adds to the "dreaminess" of the app, but there are SO MANY BUTTON CLICKS to do one thing, and you have to back systematically out of windows--I don't think so. It's slow. Adding more pokemon is fun but it makes it hard to look for specific pokemon, even in their targeted areas. It should be possible to correct sleep recorded because sometimes it is just wrong. I should not get fewer points than normal because the game couldn't determine I was asleep. I'm sure the devs worry about people exploiting the game but people already do that, there's no need to create a poorer experience for the intended player.
  • Enjoy it, too many clicks

Love the pokemon, designs, graphics. There are too many pop-ups and clicks. It’s cumbersome and not intuitive.
  • Love it!!!!!!!

I used to track my sleep with just my watch but this is a way more fun way to do it!!! And it’s Pokémon!!!! If you track your sleep, or even if you just like catching Pokémon this app is amazing for both reasons!!!

Needs more updates and features to survive, not being able to trade Pokemon with friends or interact much isn’t great, but the biggest issue is having to sit through constant non stop slow moving screen loads of feeding the Pokemon or snorlax, studying sleeps when there’s nothing new and having to sit through the same screens over and over and over. The game becomes so tedious with nothing really fresh or consistently exciting. I’m the last of many people who I started playing with day 1, not sure how much longer I can sit through the non stop repetitive load outs I’ve seen a million times, it’s so pointless not being able to skip these silly cutscenes, painful. Other than those gripes it’s truly a great game, shiny hunting and discovering new sleep styles IF you get lucky enough to get them and IF it’s not the same pokemon over and over and sleep styles over and over and sitting through the cut scenes multiple times a day lol. Highly suggest you play it and see if it’s for you :)

Got the plus plus to help my Go account. Almost immediately stopped paying Go, and have exclusively played Pokemon Sleep for over two years. It’s a wonderful strategy game, befriending and raising Pokemon with skills that strengthen your Snorlax. The music is 10/10. Each island, holiday, and special events have their own style of music. The overall experience is very nostalgic but challenging in a completely new way. Great job Pokemon Sleep Team 👏👏👏
