Description

Collect Pokémon Through Sleeping! In the world of Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon with the same sleep type as you will gather around as you catch some Zs, so discover all the various different sleep styles that Pokémon can have as you aim to complete your Sleep Style Dex! What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep ■ When Night Falls... It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch. ■ A New Day Dawns By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex! ■ And the Rest of the Day... Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles! Rest Your Very Best! ■ Check Your Sleep Report What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep. ■ Get Support to try to Sleep Your Best You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best. ■ Smartwatch Pairing By linking with Apple Health, you can use sleep data tracked through certain smartwatches to play Pokémon Sleep. I think it’s unnecessary for Pokémon sleep to connect to apple health app if the developer can reply to this and tell me why they need that would be great otherwise the rest of the app is awesome.

This game has very good gameplay but the part that annoys me is that the only Pokémon that’s voice acted is pickachu

Loading screens for loading screens just to hit ok. What drugs do you take to make that a good idea? Instead of printing money, you printed loading screens.
  • Pokémon, please, we need a dark mode!!

The app is very cute! Sleep tracking seems accurate and the sound effects, music, and alarm sounds are all adorable! The one issue I have is the intensely bright blue loading screen and bright white, unskippable popups that immediately come up when you open the app. When I want to log sleep, I've usually already turned off the lights in my room and am getting ready to go to bed. The bright light is very jarring and I wish there were a dark mode or skip option to log sleep right away. Otherwise, adorable sleep tracker and I appreciate all of the special events and things the team adds in to keep the experience fresh.
  • Too much RNG

Yeah, this game is great if you either have a few millennia or infinite money to spare. Much better off doing literally anything with your free time coming from a life long Pokemon fan
  • Frustrating

A lot of small bugs and unintuitive interfaces that ruin the experience. Don’t try to genuinely track sleep if you take a nap in the day, you’ll ruin two days of tracking. Quit while you’re ahead
  • Just one issue

It’s an amazing game, the only Pokémon that can actually get you exited. It has a great different ways to keep you engaged. Also to level up and get your teams ready. The only thing is that, when the phone can sense movement, they take 3h of the sleep time, and it happens specially at the good sleep day, I literally sleep w my phone next to me in bed, but still have the same problem. So you lose sleep points, and the drownsy power is also reduce. I can’t wear a smart accessory so this issue is the only thing that affects my gaming. But overall a very good game.

I have a hard time keeping track of time at night & I can end up pushing off sleep. This makes me excited to go to sleep though & has really helped my sleep schedule!
