  • Bugs Still Not Fix

    I downloaded this game at the beginning of November 2025 from a Netflix recommendation and after playing the first one I was really excited for this one, but I’ve come to a point where I am completely stuck. There are 3 locations where the door that needs to be opened says “This button requires POWER to operate” even though the power required is powered on. After some research I’ve found that there is a “bug” and it has gone unfixed for several months. It’s very disappointing.

    I was excited about the game and love the idea of it, but have run into the same glitches mentioned by others. I can’t get doors to open even when the power is on for the buttons. Frustrating and put you stuck in the game.

    It is great except for the bug where you can switch a switch. It has been out for four years, and they have not fixed that.

    Same bug as another review: the button in the foreclosed shop in Hawkins Square always shows “button requires power” even when breaker is turned on

    In the electronics store, when i try to put the power on it says the power is not on even when it is, please fix this!!!

    We need stranger things seasons 1,2,4, and 5 when it comes out. We need the same thing as what we already have just the other seasons.

  • No electro bug

    On plenty side missions i. Hawkins square, it says “no electricity this button requires electricity” but all is on. You can’t complete those side missions (radio shack and Flower) because of it. Really annoying.

    Stuff just doesn’t work. You watch a walkthrough and buttons just don’t appear that are supposed to in the game or don’t work

    The third thing I did was “kill rats”. You need to open doors in a storage room and click on the rats. Super simple, right? Well, I couldn’t figure out how to open a door. Nothing. Zilch. I looked at a video of someone’s walkthrough and there is a button on the wall in their game, not in mine! What the heck?! I clicked on the blank wall and suddenly the button appeared in mine. So, the game detected button presses, but wasn’t drawing the sprite. I decided to stop playing right then.

    This game is sooo much fun but I have ran into that same glitches that everyone else in the comments has also came across. Please fix these!!! This issues is when we get to certain button it’s say there “no power” for that button when it’s just a glitch
