I have the new Buds 3 pro, their $200 dollar product. I come to this thread of inconveniences and others gripes with a major conglomerate, to find they haven’t updated their software in years!!!! Meaning I wasted $200 when I could’ve just went with Apple. Disappointed as I lie much of Samsung’s ecosystem, but I’ve have less problems with Raycons at this point. Do better!
  • App Not Functional

I have tried repeatedly to pair my buds with the app, following the instructions of the responses from tech support to similar issues with no luck. Wouldn’t have purchased these if I knew it wouldn’t work lol come on guys. I’m going with another brand, this isn’t worth the money or frustration. Plenty of better options out there with *working apps*

I had an old pair of galaxy bud pros that have lost their charge over many years. Great ear buds that worked with this app, thought I could purchase the latest version of them and connect them to this app like my old set. Nooope - this app hasn’t been updated in years and the newer earbuds are not detected by this app. Ended up returning them - Thank you Samsung for wasting my time.

I have galaxy buds SM-R190 and it will not connect to the app. Connects to my phone via Bluetooth but not to the app.

Your earbuds will not connect no matter how long you try or what you do to try and trouble shoot. In face I wouldn’t get the galaxy earbuds in general they don’t work nearly as well as AirPod pros they fall out of your ears so much and if you try to put the bud back in it pauses your music if you press it again exactly the same it doesn’t play you have to go to your device and physically press play. The only way around this apparently is through the app and the app doesn’t connect to the earbuds
