The Samsung Family Hub app now works only on Family Hub refrigerators with TIZEN 4.0 Software version and below. For Samsung Family Hub refrigerators that operate on TIZEN 6.0 Software version and above, the Family Hub app will no longer be supported. Please download and use the SmartThings app instead. - Features like uploading pictures and videos can be found within the Family Hub device card - Food related features like View Inside, Recipe Recommendation, Meal Planner, Shopping List, and Food List can be found within the SmartThings Cooking Service (The Software version can be found on your Family Hub from Settings > About Family Hub> Software version > TIZEN 6.0) The following permissions are required for the app service. For optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed. [Required Access Permission] - Contacts: Registered Samsung Account information will be used to provide services that require account linking [Optional Access Permission] - Microphone: Needed to record voice for Memo and Whiteboard - Storage: Required to provide cloud-connected features for sharing photos and videos

    Got app, followed all instructions multiple times and keep looping to same screen where it freezes. Spent an hour trying to connect to fridge and nothing. Will delete app and probably get rid of the fridge.

    I can not even get the app to open. A pop up prompting you to add your account to your device before use if the app prevents me from accessing any app features. I’m already logged into the same account on the device and I’ve updated all the apps. Unusable

    This app doesn’t do anything it says it can. It’s generally a waste of time. I just want my Family Hub on the fridge to be an automated information place for my family to know what’s coming up etc. THAT I COULD UPDATE ON MY TABLET….instead of the frustrating hours of standing in front of my fridge. it doesn’t play nice with calendars and the links for setup help or YouTube videos are outdated and not helpful. What a complete waste of opportunity!

    The app used to be functional. Now it just crashes. Won’t even open to let me view the inside cameras let alone any other features.

    I've been using it for a couple years now and was very satisfied. Now I cannot link to the refrigerator no matter what I do. Worthless app taking up space on the phone now.

    Unable to sign in using phone number and email. It recognizes both then when I go to update my password says ID does not exist! But it sent me a code and a link…

    App is on its second round of glitches where it wants to open when I click the icon, but glitches out before it can open. I’ve updated, redownloaded, turned off my phone, etc. to no avail. Bummed, as this is the app with our fridge. Tried calling CS and did not get through.

    The App seems made by a ten years old kid. So Bad. You should hire professional to make an App. Just to get it working is a pain. Useless😡
