Used to be able to do things on my watch and my phone now just my phone. It’s always asking me to sign in on my phone which defeats the purpose of using the watch. This began with the recent update. Update The previous version was working with the iwatch app well and now it’s not working anymore do’h

Funciona muy bien, es una app que te permite gestionar los apilables de Samsung de una manera cómoda y eficaz, hay cosas que podrían ser mejor pero en general funciona muy bien

  • Software for controlling Frame TV is horrible

Unresponsive when trying to add pictures from phone Unresponsive when doing most things Seems to lack ability to make multiple different albums which to me is about as obvious of a feature as one could think of for a product like the Frame TV Lacks basic automation capabilities like putting the TV on a schedule to play certain albums at certain times and to turn itself off and on at certain times. Can’t even figure out how to put the TV in a slideshow mode without using the smartphone app. This should be automatable (on a schedule) and should be easy to activate with the remote control. The Frame Tv is such a great piece of Hardware but the software experience whether using the remote control or a smartphone is awful and really limits the experience that could be had.

Samsung sells inferior products with known defects. When my remote inevitably died, and the company refused to replace it, I was forced to control my $2500 using this app. First I had to jump through hoops to add my TV. Next I had to create some ridiculous map of my home. Finally I’m able to control the TV using the app. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t include any widgets for controlling the TV from my Home Screen, so I’m forced to context switch whenever I want to change to volume. The app eats up RAM, so half the time I switch back to this app, the OS has killed it meaning I’m stuck waiting 10 seconds for it to load. When it loads and I’m finally able to use the remote, there’s another 5 second connection delay followed by at least two seconds of input lag. This is not a viable alternative to a remote. Don’t waste your time on Samsung products, and don’t expect this app to be anything other than corporate shovelware.

This is a garbage app designed to steal your info. The app provides no functionality, is very hard to set up, and then loses your info so you have to add your devices repeatedly. It would be 100% to do stuff without the app. I hate using it every time i have to reset the clock.
